It's just ok
I have tried it a few times but not seen much difference yet. It's very watery.

Does what it says!
I ordered a lot of metallic acrylic for dot painting that was too thick. I didn't want to waste them so purchased this to thin them. Once I found the right ratio between paint and fluid I was good to go. No more peaks on my dots.I used a pipette to add the fluid to my paint. There was no dilution of colour and I can continue learning dot art without having to buy more paint!

Makes the paint shiny
I bought this to make the paint flow without changing the opacity. It doesn't seem to do that, but does make the paint shiny.
