Looses connection all the time it's only 6 feet fron the router needs resetting all the time

I found the set up pretty easy , good instructions, and a helpline if you need it , good picture ,and night picture, I bought it as a deterrent, only downside is the plug in transformer and lead is only a meter in length , but you can pick up a extension lead for a ( cctv 12v plug and socket 2,1 mm ) somewhere else maybe !!! Overall is a nice piece of kit that I set up with camera ,extension lead and sd card for under £70 bargain !! Only been up 4 weeks but I’ve recommended it to a few mates and they have bought ,

I bought this thinking it was battery powered. Its not... you need a mains supply. This meant I was unable to mount it where I had intended it to go. Also that I had to drill a hole in my wall for the power cable with access to a mains socket. An inconvenience which I could have done without. Its fine if you have a socket close but not everyone may have.

This was my first venture into security cameras and I found this to be a very good security camera for the price. I am no 'techie' being in my 70's, but the camera was fairly easy to set-up by following the instructions. I purchased a longer cable and a 125GB micro card to enhance the set-up and recording capabilities of the camera (you need to format the micro card before installing).Installed it on both my ipad and phone, fixed it to the roof of my garage switched it on and all was perfect.Very pleased with my purchse!

Good camera, like the fact I don’t have to pay subscription costs or check batteries. Cable is bit short and only just made it through thickness of wall. A few cm longer would have given us more options. Would be good to be able to fast forward playback or search a smaller time frame than just the day. But overall pleased with product.

Easy to install, good quality product and very reasonable price. I immediately bought another after seeing the picture quality.

Bought a second camera as the first one was really good. Very good picture by day or night even in low light conditions. The SD card means you do not need to buy a cloud storage plan and you can still remotely access the playback function. Excellent value for money.

Brilliant product,easy to fit and connect to the App ,wide angle covers the complete front of our garden/drive and front path , sound/movement activation is great and be turned off with the App, voice from the App comes through the camera and is very clear very. Impressed with this camera and I highly recommend it.
