ASICS Conquest Wrestling Knee Sleeve (Black)

I ordered these knee pads for Fire Recruit Academy during the search and rescue evolutions where you are on your knees constantly, dragging them and being in full gear in the dark and smoke bumping into Stuff, slamming you legs and knees into objects... I had heard horror stories about the recruits knees being torn up, swollen, having to be drained, etc. and having the need for a good set of pads to wear under your station pants.I’ve got to be honest with you, many of the guys bought knee pads. Some were similar to these and others were plain ole construction knee pads, but their knees still got tore up. More than a few of the guys literally had holes in their knees from doing search and rescue evolutions. In the beginning when the guys heard how much I spent on these, they scoffed. If you saw my knees compared to theirs now, you’d see they are well worth the money.No holes in the pads. I wore them everyday under my station pants for the entire day without fatigue or discomfort. They wick sweat decently well and didn’t stink. I washed them every night and they still look the same. Overall an excellent product.

Fit is ok. Padding is ok to good. Like others have reported there is slight discomfort behind the knee. However, all knee pads are slightly uncomfortable. The biggest reason for the rating was the stitching came loose in a seem within two days of rolling. My training partner has the Venum knee pads. I will be purchasing those when these fall off my knees.

My son had no complaints. It washes well. We washed it every week during wrestling season, we put it in the washing machine but not the dryer. It held up nicely for all the wear and tear and frequent washing.

It fits well and it’s confortable

The size chart is not really accurate. It is 100% based on how thick your legs are. However, they offer no questions asked returns so I was able to easily return it for a small which fits perfectly.

I received this knee pad on time and it fits and feels great!!Very pleased with this one!!

Use it for volleyball, padding is good but stitches on one got totally loose after 3-4 games and second one is getting loose as well :-(
