I purchased this item six months ago and it looks stunning! Everyone who see it has a compliment, I had one minor part missing so I contacted customer care and the problem was resolved by there profession team, thank you. The unit has a remote control, it heats up and looks spectacular, also its affordable.

Beautiful in the bedroom and is super realistic. Very thin and works great even if it’s just hung in the wall. Puts off great heat when needed. It’s beautiful.

Great quality, the heater works great, very realistic with variety of colors and flame effects to choose from, it was very easy to put together. I didn't use the mounting bracket, I just screwed it on the side to the built-in stud.

I originally bought this to be mounted in the wall, but decided against this once received. The only mounting option is on the rear, and that would have caused anchors to protrude through that wall to the other room. I also did not want to restrict airflow. It turned into an easy on-wall installation and has a floating appearance that hides the power outlet. The many available options for color and speed give my household the exact look and feel we want for any mood. A backup heat source is great to have, even if it is limited in power. I also have a sound bar sitting on top, taking advantage of the opportunity since our TV is wall-mounted as well. This might not be recommended for fire safety, but the heat (when on) blows out of the front very efficiently so I'm not concerned. Be warned that there are gaps in the two top corner holes that children can stick small, thin objects into and sit on the rock display for all to see.

I love this fireplace- I think for a faux fireplace the flames are realistic. I don’t think it’s especially noisy and the heater works great in our bedroom. I would definitely buy this product again if I get another one for our other bedroom. Sidenote – the remote was not working when it arrived and customer service responded immediately and sent us a new remote without any hassle. It was also extremely easy to hang on the wall with the bracket.

Got this from amazon warehouse at a great price. I would have rather had a 42", but my fireplace has jutting stones that wouldn't have let it fit in the fireplace hole. Built an enclosure to go in fireplace with some 2 x 4's, and then added a thin wooden covering. (Before that, I enclosed the real fireplace with some insulation behind this at the bottom of flue. It took a little work, but it turned out awesome!!! We are really happy with it. Doesn't put out a hella heat, but after a while it will help to warm a room, which we are happy with. Many colors and options for flames, havent even checked them all out yet. We just like the ambiance and look of it, as we were deciding what to do with the fireplace.....as you can see in the pics, I think looks nice, if you like this kind of thing. It's not like a real fire, so if you're looking for that, look somewhere else. We added a few pieces of timber to somewhat offset the appearance. I think it works. I would recommend to anyone looking for this type of insert!! Price we paid couldn't be beat...

This was an easy install. It's a very nice unit, quiet. I only needed help on a minor issue and their support has been responsive and easy to work with. I recommend taking the mounting bracket and using that separately from the unit to the wall or space you're mounting if going on a wall as oppposed to going into a nook in your wall. That will help tremendously.

Moderna, fácil de instalar, diferentes tipos de iluminación. Aquí donde vivo no cae nieve, así que sí ayuda a calentar en invierno, pero no tengo posibilidad de saber como funcionaría en algún lugar más frío. Por lo pronto contenta con la compra. Ahh y EL SERVICIO AL CLIENTE ES FENOMENAL, necesité un cambio de medida por error al momento de la construcción y me atendieron INMEJORABLEMENTE! Gracias! 🌟

La verdad excelente articulo se ve muy bien no la e usado para calentar pero como adorno de decoracion la vdd se ve muy bien.

Funciona a la perfección, el radio de la calefacción es suficiente para una habitación de 24m2, el diseño y los modos de luz le dan un toque elegante a cualquier área donde se coloque. El único defecto es que hace un poco de ruido, pero no para molestar. Su instalación es fácil.

Su diseño es lindo y sus funciones son varias, el calor que emana es suficiente para una habitación pequeña y con pocas fugas de aire, si tienes un espacio amplio, será más estético que práctico, puesto que no mantendras el calor.
