The wee man has thoroughly enjoyed wearing these wellies. He was wearing them in the house instead of slippers as soon as the package arrived and has been finding every excuse to wear them outside and getting upset when it wasn't mucky or wet to wear them out.We went camping and he was obviously wearing them before leaving the house which was a good thing because the spot we were going to was boggy and wet. He was able to walk through the bog with ease and didn't have issues with leaks into the feet which happens with a lot of wellies.They were quick to dry while we were camping when he went too far out into the water and got flooded. I was really surprised how quickly they dried so I'm chuffed with this purchase. I'm more likely to buy Regatta items because I've always found them to be really good quality, long lasting and really affordable. A brand that hasn't done what every other brand has done: lost its quality while increasing prices. The wee man is chuffed too.I bought a size bigger, thinking the wee man can wear thick socks with these and grow into them so he gets the most out of them. He says he likes the fit and doesn't have issues walking in them.

So far so good. My son tends to wear through the heel on his wellies and has been through many supermarket and branded pairs in the pursuit of a durable set. These have a chunkier heel which I am hopeful will withstand his obviously heavy wear! Wellies wear out before being outgrown which is quite frustrating.For reference: he does not wear through his trainers nor his school shoes, this issue always has been unique to wellies - he complains of a leak and on inspection has worn a hole in the heel.I will update my review if this changes with this pair.

Bought these for my son and he's very happy with them. He said they are really comfortable and fit perfectly, brilliant value for money and they were delivered earlier than expected.

Fast to despatch and deliver. Too soon to comment on longevity but these wellies appear to be robust and good quality. Soft rubber so they are easy to put on/get off. True to size but due to the softness of them, plenty of room for a thick pair of socks in winter and to tuck in waterproof trousers. Particularly like the reflective trim. My 6 year old boy loves these - really struggled to find a pair that wasn't 'babyish' and that were mid calf length (he is short in the leg, and older boys taller styles rub against his knee caps). Good value for money too. Very impressed. If they stand the test of time, will definitely purchase again.

As per the title, these are lovely wellies.The fit is good and true to size.There is a good sized calf/ankle entry, large enough for easy on/off, but not too large that the boots flap/rub.The soles offer good grip and are thick enough to provide protection on rough/stony ground.The boots appear sturdy and capable of dealing with many a puddle.

Bought for my 10 year old grandson, the boots are very narrow in the foot. He does not have wide feet, but these are too small & the fabric is not that great. It is hard to buy for children once they have larger feet as normal full length boots are too high & therefore are not fitting correctly in the calf. Buying these shorter boots, I thought they would be fine, but are gripping the feet with thin socks on, so not wearable or comfortable. I am returning these.

My son wanted black "grown up" wellies so I ordered these for him. He loves them. They're a bit big just now but will fit him soon. He does say they are very heavy which I do agree, they feel alot heavier than previous wellies but he'll get use to that.
