I purchased this for my 7-year-old daughter, who is 48 inches tall. I was so excited to see that the tent stands 53 inches high and is about 5 feet wide, so she has plenty of space to stand and play. After getting it set up, my daughter absolutely loved it. It's everything she wanted - great quality, great size, even came in a pretty color. Then we realized the star lights were broken. Was it the end of the world? Not at all. But we were a little disappointed. I found the contact information for the company, reached out via email that evening, and received a response & resolution the very next morning. They sincerely apologized and promised to stand by their 1-year warranty to replace any broken parts. I assumed they would mail us a replacement strand of lights, since that was our only request. Instead, they sent an entire new tent set up - including new lights, with expedited shipping. I was so appreciative for the kindness and support of the company, that they truly did honor their customer satisfaction guarantee. It was a pleasure speaking with their representative, and we had a completely hasssle-free resolution to our issue. This is an awesome tent . My daughter loved it was a great gift . She enjoys playing in it and its plenty roomy . Great for indoor use as well as outdoors . Has cute lights for nighttime too. Definately worth the money for hours of enjoyment for your child. Easy set up and good quality.

We bought this princess castle playhouse for our daughter’s 4th birthday in January and it honestly exceeded our expectations. It has been several months and she still spends time in it every single day. For a toy, that really says a lot. Assembly was simple and took about 10 to 15 minutes. The frame connects securely and once it is set up it feels stable for normal play. The fabric is lightweight but nicely stitched. The curtains are soft and easy to tie back. The lights add such a cozy feeling in the evening and make it feel magical. Our daughter turned it into her own little world. She placed small toy furniture inside and brings her favorite toys in there. She reads, plays pretend and sometimes just relaxes inside. It has become her personal space and she absolutely loves it. There is enough room for a child and several toys and even an adult can sit inside for story time. It is not meant for climbing or rough play, but for imaginative play and quiet time it is perfect. This was not one of those gifts that gets forgotten after a week. The fact that she still chooses to play in it every day makes it completely worth it. I would definitely recommend it as a birthday gift for a little girl who loves pretend play.

I cant give this max stars. I'd love to, but honestly I am a bit frustrated about it. The first issue when it arrived, it was missing some poles, the company did right and sent an entirely new tent as a replacement, that was awesome!! However, the poles are a huge issue, they bend/snap/break so easily, even from very little resistance. My kids going in and out of the tent bent upper ones/side ones, some completely snapped. It lasted 6 months before too many poles has snapped, been taped together etc before they snapped in points where it was impossible to fix. I ended up having to get rid of it because the kids can no longer play in it. I am disappointed that it didn't last as long asi hoped it would.

Absolutely love this tent! For the price, it’s adorable and my daughter already loves it. It seems pretty sturdy and of good quality. It has plastic supports, so it’s obviously not going to be Fort Knox, but I’m honestly not concerned. The lights are such a cute touch, too. They come separately so you can use them how you’d like, or leave them off entirely. I appreciate that you have the option. It’s also really large! I didn’t expect it to be this size but, again, I’m happy about it. I would definitely buy it again if it needs replacing in a year or two.

Compré este castillo tipo carpa con luces para mi hija y la verdad ha sido una de sus cosas favoritas. Es muy bonito, crea un espacio tipo “princesa” donde ella puede jugar, leer o simplemente relajarse. Las luces le dan un toque mágico, especialmente en la noche, y hacen que el ambiente se vea súper acogedor. El material es ligero pero se siente estable una vez armado. El tamaño es perfecto para niños pequeños, y fue fácil de montar sin complicaciones. A mi hija le encantó desde el primer momento y pasa mucho tiempo jugando dentro. En general, es una compra muy linda, ideal para regalar y para crear un espacio especial de juego en casa.

Great product! Assembly is a bit tricky but not too hard. One thing to improve on are the lights. The wires pulled off from battery pack.
