good but ball valve location is not my favorite
was not packed good enough came with some scratches and dents . overall i like it .it will do the trick it is a little different then some i use . the poll has to be pulled all the way up to close the ball valve to empty it .which i thought was weird the ones i use at work are not like that the ball valve is part of the tube that goes to the pan . i bought for the color but theres prob cheaper ones that will do the same thing.

Very well put together. Think this is worth the extra money v the cheaper versions.

Packaging is still the problem
If this was packaged well, it would be a great deal even $120 more than the HF version. The first one I received had a wheel broken off, and the metal bowl had gouges. The tank had a few chipped areas. All due to little to no padding. Most of the fittings were loose installed. Tried the company, but their system hung up before I got a human. Second one is in better shape, but even worse on the packaging. The tube and lock fitting were just loose in the box, banging around the tank. The tool itself seems to be pretty good, so I'll keep this one. Maybe update after some use.

DID NOT RECEIVE COMPLETE.
THIS ORDER WAS INCOMPLETE AND DAMAGED. THE UNIT IS MISSING THE DRAIN FUNNEL AND HAS SEVERAL SCRATCHES ON TANK. I DESPERATELY NEED THE DRAIN FUNNEL TO THIS UNIT

Get one. Wish I did this years ago.
Mine did come with a small dent from shipping, but it in no way will affect the way I use it. Its easy to use wheels are nice and the adjustable post allows you to get right under your filter or drain plug. Would definitely buy again.

Came damaged but over all looks good
Product looks good, but came damaged due to poor packaging, wheel caster is bent won't sit flush now wobbles, the bowel came damaged badly it is now an oval and has quite a few dings, contacted customer service hoping they can get back to me asap. Hopefully it doesn't leak oil when I use it
