We took it to on a Mexico beach vacation with us.That year we'd packed a lot of sunscreens, so this wasn't the only kind we had. When some kids used another kind and myself and my youngest son (who is the blondest and lightest complected of them all) used this one - the others got sunburned pretty good and we didn't. So after that, we all continued to use this! We didn't mind the smell either. We actually liked the strawberry smell. After we ran out of what we had, of course, I wanted to find more...so I turned to trusty amazon to find it! I bought it again this year and that is all we have used now on our beach vacations. No sunburn!This sunscreen does go on a little thicker than some others, so a little goes a long ways...and you really need to rub it in...or it's really white on you! It's a good thing though...because, really a little goes a long ways! So it lasts! ...and the way it goes on, it really is sweat and water proof. We have just really liked it! I also like that it doesn't smell like your typical sunscreen.
