For this to work the jacks need to lineup
I was connecting between 2 stereo guitar pedals from the same manufacturer and with the same form factor and hence a straight connector was ideal for my purpose and minimised unnecessary clutter

Cheap and effective
Bought some to try them out. Turned out to be great for saving a little space on my pedalboard. Good connection. Decent value and fast delivery. Might get some more.

Good quality for price
These are great for keeping the pedal board look tidy, they don't make a pedal buzz like some daisy chains do. I would suggest however since these are straight you need to make sure each pedal is alignment correctly, i used double sided sticky pads with two pedals as they won't aligne other wise, but that's an easy fixe. So far absolutely no sound issues with them.

Brilliant...if straight jacks are for you
Great sturdy feel. Only marking them down as they dont necessarily fit pedals together that well, as being straight, some pedals are at different heights. That isn't really the fault of these jacks thought but worth pointing out. I made a little platform for my tuner pedal and they work fine. So cant blame the product too much and they do what they advertise, but having the opportunity again I'd buy Z shaped ones or just regular cables.

Guitar couplers
Very nice item and solid built.

Excellent
They work brilliantly and make for a very compact pedal board. I did have to get some narrow, right angled plug leads for the power supply though. That might be something you’ll need to consider if like mine, your power socket is on the side of your pedals instead of the more conventional rear of the unit.

They are bad
Don't use these they damage your pedals

Nothing wrong with these, I’ll keep the, but there aren’t a lot of new pedals with straight across female jacks these days.

They’re fine. But you will quickly realize that everyone uses cables because they don’t loosen the jacks. Pedals that ground to the case will make noise first. I still use them, but they’re when testing pedals or other odd times.
