This book was a gift to friends who will be traveling to the Big Island in the Spring. They were thrilled with the recipes and helpful hints from Sam. Thought it might be fun for them to have this book so they could try a few favorite dishes while they are in Kona, a place with so many great memories for me and hopefully they will find the Farmers Market and KTA in Keahou to be a favorite place to shop.
