Very sharp and very heavy. The weight alone is impressive and exactly what is needed for chopping meat, vegetables etc. Looks well made and well finished. If you want a good cleaver to add to your kitchen knife collection then this is it! (Some people complain about knives going dull, you have to look after your knives and sharpen them regular, they don’t automatically sharpen themselves. Even high end expensive Chef knives need to be sharpened on a regular basis, you have to use critical thinking and think outside the box). Highly recommended!

Bought this for my brother and he loves it. He’s got a chefs kitchen that’s been kitted out like a professional. It’s always difficult to buy for him because he’s got so much awesome stuff in his kitchen. I’m really happy that he is enjoying it.
