A must have for gym owners
Probably the best disinfectant for gym owners. I've never had any complaints from customers when I mix this with water for the spray bottles they use to wipe down equipment after a workout, and it does not damage the color of the pleather unlike lots of other cleaning products.

Best Disinfectant/Sanitizer available in Retail
I've been using Simple Green D Pro 5 since 2008, and I have nothing by the highest praise for it. I recommend it to churches, daycare, and anyone who cares about germs and kids. This stuff will kill a laundry list of nastiness that reads like the "worst 100 of the CDC", and yet is Food-Safe WITHOUT Rinsing (mixed correctly), so it is harmless to use directly on anything the kids put in their mouth. It also doesn't damage clothing or any surface we've ever used it on, so it can be sprayed around play areas, baby toys, the kitchen, pretty much anywhere in the house with utter abandon. The contents of the bottle are EXTREMELY concentrated, DO NOT USE WITHOUT DILUTING! For the food-safe sanitizer, the ratio is 128:1, that means for a 32 oz spray bottle, that is just 1.5 tsp of Simple Green! If you make a bottle every other day, a gallon of solution will last you a year. I found the Simple Green after wading through the horribly organized EPA website. I discovered there is a certification for food-safe, no-rinse Sanitizers. These are the chemicals that restaurants use in the final stage of cleaning dishes, utensils, and food-prep surfaces. They have to be incredibly effective at killing bacteria, viruses, mold, etc. and yet safe enough to be considered a "food additive" (the EPA category for anything that can be in the food supply). There was only 3 classes of chemicals that meet that criteria: Bleach, Iodine, and quaternary ammonium chloride (QUAT). The Simple Green is the latter. If you do get this, you will want to also pick up some QUAT test strips like these Micro Essential Lab QK-1000 Plastic Hydrion Low and High Range Quat Check Test Paper Dispenser, Double Roll, Food Service Test Strips, 0 - 400ppm and 0 - 1000ppm , because your mixture needs to be at 400 ppm in order to be effective. Update: So still using this daily all around the house/daycare and still loving it. I just wanted to add a few additional points. **** The Concentrate has a level 3 health hazard, PLEASE USE GLOVES WHEN MIXING, it will cause chemical burns. However, once it is mixed to 128:1, it isn't any more irritating than water. How you mix it greatly determines how you use it. The label can be a little confusing, plus there is some terminology there that unless you speak fluent EPA, you may not understand. 1) For Food-safe Sanitizing, meaning it kills 99.9% of the listed germs in 60 seconds of contact, and is safe to eat on after it is dry. You need to mix it to 128:1 (1 fl oz in 1 Gal, or 1.5 tsp in 32 fl oz), this makes a concentration of 400 ppm of QUAT. The time is important! That is 60 seconds of wet contact time, you can't just spray and wipe, it won't do its job. Spray generously then let it air dry if you can, or at least wait 1 minute then wipe. 2) If you need to Disinfect, which means to kill 100%, this is NOT food safe, but is great for bathrooms and shower mold. The mix is 64:1 (2 fl oz in 1 gal), so double the one above. The other big difference is the surface must remain wet for 10 minutes to fully disinfect. 3) DON'T do the heavy duty cleaning (16:1 on the label) just don't, there are better general purpose cleaners (like Simple Green HD), then you can finish off with the disinfectant. It will eat varnish and wax at this level, and skin along with it.

Love This Stuff
I love this stuff! Cleans all hard surfaces with a very light scent (kinda like Windex). I especially like it in the shower. I take my shower, spray it all over after, and walk away. I haven't had to scrub or wipe down the shower in months. And the shower is clean and disinfected for the next family member. I'm a bit stunned to find out that after having purchased this item from Amazon on 4 separate occasions and having it delivered to my home that it will no longer ship to my address or a nearby location. Of course I live in California, which has some really ridiculous laws, but I don't know of anything that has gone into effect in 2023 to prevent it's delivery. I'm scratching my head because: Lysol Disinfecting Wipes and Spray Value Pack Bundle (a flammable aerosol with the same disinfecting properties) can be delivered no problem without restrictions. I wish somebody could explain what the difference is between the two products and why one can be delivered and the other can't. I have a feeling this delivery restriction on the Simple Green was done in error because Customer Support could not give me a believable explanation. Just look at the name folks. "Simple GREEN"

This kills mold big time
I live in a tropical climate, so mold is a big problem here. I have found this to be the most effective mold killer around. I add it to my power washer and it kills on contact. It’s a good product, To able one of the best without a harsh odor or any chlorine detection noticeable.

Used it to kill mold.
I used this to clean up mold because it's concentrated benzalkonium chloride solution. It was effective, though I would recommend using it sparingly and wearing mask and gloves when using it so you don't get sick. If you dilute it down to the normal concentrations used for off the shelf cleaners (like 409) it's not likely to hurt you.

Works against Panleukopenia
This product is amazing! Next to no smell really for what it does. It eats through cat poop and pee like a knife through butter. I run cat rescue and this product works killing Panleukopenia or feline distemper. This sob of a virus kills many many neonate kittens and spraying this and leaving it on for about 5 to 10 mins in the cages kills this dirty virus. This is huge bc this damn virus is so contractable. It also does not bother the kittens respiratory tract. This also works for gross roommates when you want to clean the shower after their disgustingness. Highly recommend! Also a little dab will do you! This stuff is unbelievably good at disinfectanting.
