Pretty big cage for the price. I think you could easily fit 4-6 parakeets in it comfortably. The directions for assembly were really vague, and a side wall wasn't put together right during factory assembly. Luckily my husband is a jack of all trades and had no issue fixing it. Even after home assembly, the lower roof portion didn't reach the side wall portion correctly and left about a 2 inch gap, I'm crafty so I figured it out and everything is good. Appears really sturdy, as I was able to pick it up from the cage part and not have it fall apart even without the clips to hold it to the base on. I loved the toys that came with it ( 2 toys, a flexible ladder, 3 perches and a swing) that really helped take up some space so it didn't look so empty if you're upgrading. In my photos, I had my own toys I put up as well. Besides the issues I listed above, I'm overall happy with the cage and my little birds now live in the Taj Mahal of parakeets.

My baby sugar gliders..honey and boo-boo love it! I am on a fixed income so when my daughter gave me the babies and I saw the prices of cages I didn't think I'd be able to take them. Then I found this cage @ $39 I decided to give it a try. It is perfect! Roomy enough for their hammock, pouch and hanging toys. Tall so they get to climb....Thanks Topeakmart

I wanted some feather friends, but had to get a "house" for them before I could bring them home. I now have two young parakeets who seem to be delighted with their house. Needless to say, so am I! The cage was easily assembled. Although the product details said it had wheels, the cage does not.

My Tweety loves it. It is so nice to see him fly! It's so big and spacious. He sings more since I moved him into the larger cage. So I know he is happier!It was so easy to put together too! I left in the box a couple days because I didn't want to hassle with putting it together. I looked at the instructions briefly and put it together not using the instructions.My Tweety and I are both happy!

lower tray was cracked repaired it not worth returning. nice size for parakeets. nice it came with all kinds of bird accessories.
