DipWell Dip Powder Nail Kit - Glitter Color Starter, Acrylic & Gel Resin Kit - Starter System (Bond, Base, Activator, Sealer, Brush Softener + 3 Powder Jars)

It takes a few tries to get used to the product and find the right amount of bond and activator to apply, but I've bought both this set and the french tip set and I really like Dipwell products. I've been using them for a few years now. With a little practice and couple hrs every other week, I can give myself salon quality acrylics for a fraction of the cost. I needed new bottles of the liquids as mine were running low or getting goopy, (Take care to clean and fully close your bottles after use so this doesn't happen.) and since I still had plenty of the pink and white powder for french tips, I thought I'd try these new colors. If you just do one or two layers, the color will be a bit sheer, but I did three to get the color in the photo. They're definitely eye-catching in the sunlight, but not too BLAM! in your face otherwise. Beautiful colors, quality product. I definitely recommend it.

I'm fairly new to Dip Nails, but I've done my own acrylic nails before so I'm pretty familiar with acrylic type of nails. I've tried 4 different kinds of dip nail kits, a couple were okay and a couple were terrible. Other brands brushes were too fat and bulky and the glues dried and started to harden before I could even finish completing both hands!Not with DipWell! The brushes are perfect and the glues do not dry out before I can finish. The powders are prefect blend for smooth dipping. I love that they include the brush cleaner in the kit, many others don't! I will be buying more DipWell nail products!

Nice kit, powder is not cakey and does go on smooth. Tip apply as thin of a layer of the base as you can to get full coverage then lightly touch nail to powder and touch again to make sure there is even coverage. Brushes for bast and sealer do get gunky but use the saver. Tip make sure to brush off excess powder between coats to help base brush stay usable and make sure the activator is dry and wiped off with lint free cloth before sealer to keep that brush usable. Overall I like the system.

Looks great but does stay on too long. Falls off after a week. But totally worth the price

I really like this product. After my first trial, I was really impressed how easy to use this was but definitely wasn't amazing, the acrylic was really heavy and I didn't buff or file enough, I have never applied dip nails myself before so this was just thing I needed to learn. Once you do file and buff enough, these nails turn out awesome. For sure they last a week without coming off, probably will last longer if applied correctly. I use my hands constantly and haven't had an issue with them popping off and damaging nails.

The media could not be loaded. Haven’t used yet but the bottle of Bond came almost empty. SadAlso, the sealer brush hardens immediately after taking it out of the bottle. So using it for your top coat is impossible. I have been doing my nails for a long time so I’m not new to this. Just thought I’d share my experience.

Covid forced me to try this. The instructions are super clear and detailed, but impossible for me to actually do. The product looks like it is top-notch, but I simply could not use it. It you have a good friend that is pretty coordinated, then you might be able to do each other's nails. If you are clever, and have a lot of time on your hands (!), call me.
