If you haven't tried this caramel corn - order some! You won't regret it. It is the most amazing taste. Big and fluffy with little to no kernels. It arrives sealed tight in a bucket. Very fresh and did I mention delicious? Maybe a bit pricy but I think it's worth it. The only downside is you will become addicted!

I'll admit that I have a crazy sweet tooth. Sorry, but not sorry. I was looking forward to this tub being delivered - and it arrived 2 days early!So, that was a nice start. However, not sure if the shipping was responsible or if left the factory (?) that way, the tub seemed to be stained with caramel on the outside (maybe while filling the tub?) and the lid was heavily scuffed (most likely during shipping), so first impressions were not too good. Maybe some quality control after filling the tub and wrapping the tub would help this. Maybe a sealed lid that can only be unsealed once would be recommended too. Health and safety you know?Once opened, the tub was full to the top (good) and the kernels were quite large (great!). I immediately noticed the granulated sugar after picking my first couple of kernels. Felt like the popcorn was coated with an enormous amount of sugar too. Very grainy. The popcorn itself was super sweet. I liked it - a lot. However, I can see where some people don't consider this to be real "caramel" corn. The caramel is overpowered by the straight sugar taste. Also, I really like that initial hint of salt. So, in a nutshell, initially it's very grainy to the touch, then a hint of salt right off the bat and finally the overpowering, in-your-face assault of sugar at the end.If you have a sweet tooth like I do, you will like this. If you are looking for genuine Caramel Corn, you probably won't. I liked it once I came to realize it's not caramel corn I had received - it was sugar corn.I very well might buy this product again...but only after I recover from my sugar coma.

I grew up in Chicago where a trip to the Loop meant stopping at Garrett's Popcorn for their cheese and caramel popcorn mix. Now far away from Chicago I've tried to find popcorn that can compare. So I added Jody's Recipe 53 caramel corn to my monthly Subscribe and Save order after reading so many rave reviews. This popcorn does not disappoint -- it is delicious on its own and mixed with Palo Popcorn Cheddar Cheese flavor, makes a great Chicago style mix. Of course you can't compare fresh-daily popcorn from a shop to a package, but Jody's does a good job of delivering some tasty and super fresh caramel corn. And my container was full to the top!

This is what I told Amazon in my request for replacement: I WAS DENIED all 3 attempts. Furious when people STEAL FROM ME. Not to mention it was to be a gift needed TONIGHT & I am disabled & cannot run out & get something new.**** Copy & paste of request:Product in intact box & sounded like a rattle. Open box=Carmelcorn everywhere but sealed plastic container EVEN w/safety tab still on lid intact-contaminants? Inedible. Defective. Send new, same

Too sweet! =PMuch sweeter than other caramel corn I've had.

I love caramel corn but do not like nuts in it. The popcorn cans usually come with plain, cheese, & caramel flavors. Does anyone actually eat all 3?? LOL I do not and I didn't want to waste money on something that I would only consume 1/3 of so I tried this. We actually liked it so much that we added it to our Amazon subscriptions.The big plastic tub has a great seal that keeps the popcorn from getting stale and is reusable.I would recommend trying it if you are a caramel popcorn fan. The price is budger friendly too.

No dislikes. Very great flavor. This would be a great gift!
