Works very well. Recommend. Absorption is quick yet you don't have all of the nasty side effects of other forms of iron.

This form of iron absorbs well and you improve fast; and it also stays in your body to be utilized (please research), but it is gentle on the stomach and works well.

These are not coated, so even though they are small, I can't bring myself to swallow them. They taste like iron, which reminds me of the taste of blood. It's hard to get rid of that disgusting taste even if you swallow these down as fast as possible. I haven't used up much of the bottle, but I'm giving up on them and getting some encapsulated iron!

商品が届いき、蓋を開けようとしたら空かない… 蓋を押して回すと書いてあるが、押しながら回しても全く空かない。 早く飲みたかったのでペンチで空け、別の容器に移しました。 ハズレひいたのかな… 次購入するときは早めに注文して、不良品であれば交換が必要と思いました。

糖質コントロールをしていて、たまに鉄を必要とします。いつもはナウフーズ一択なのですが、たまに違うものをと考え、こちらを。 まあ飲みにくいこともなく全然問題なしです。真夏に向けて体調管理には気を配りたいですね。
