After 4 applications of grape seed oil and baking at 475 for an hour and a half each time to get an initial seasoning, I'm very impressed with how well this one is holding up. I've used it several times with eggs, steaks, bacon, all the things that usually make my finish disappear. It's now one of my favorite cast iron pieces.
