1028614 Commercial Grade Cast Iron Fajita Set, Oval Sizzling Skillet, Japanese Steak Plate with Walnut-Stained Wood Base

I bought this pan to replace another fajita iron I've had for a few years that I've always had trouble keeping the seasoning on. I was skeptical at first because the surface isn't really smooth but rather rough cast. After 4 applications of grape seed oil and baking at 475 for an hour and a half each time to get an initial seasoning, I'm very impressed with how well this one is holding up. I've used it several times with eggs, steaks, bacon, all the things that usually make my finish disappear. It's now one of my favorite cast iron pieces. I like the low sides for omelets because they can slide right off the pan. Definitely a good purchase

As with all my cast iron pots - I immediately hand-wash with DAWN soap, cloth dry and I will occasionally apply a drop of vegetable oil (spread with paper towel). I never leave any of my cast iron products to air-dry or put them in the dishwasher. Thank you for offering such a fine product and fine customer service.

It’s the perfect size but wasn’t seasoned as well as I thought it should be. I’ll season it up and it will be the perfect biscuit baker for two.

These are simple and effective. I’ve used them on the grill but I really enjoy them in the pizza oven. Great for all kinds of proteins and veg. I’ve really enjoyed getting a great seat on fish and shrimp. Plus it’s fun at a party to break out the sizzling plate

I love these, I’ve used them and I like that they are good cast iron. After use wash them with warm water ; dry them well then add oil to keep them seasoned. I’ve used them in the flattop, on the BBQ grip and in the kitchen.

I got this because I love restaraunt style fajitas but hate the price. These make it easy to make my own, and they are sturdy and good quality. Of course they are heavy, but that's to be expected with the material.

This is a very small fajita pan. The rim is too low and the pan itself is too small to make much food in. If you try to cook on the grill, you lose a lot of the fajitas in the grill. It's easy to clean and seems like a nice quality pan though.

El principal atractivo de este plato caliente fue su precio. Viene con tabla y protector el mango del plato caliente. El acabado del acero es menos que perfecto, un poco rústico pudiera decir, áspero, pero funciona bien. La base de madera parece que es de material sintético, por su aspecto, pero si es madera. Es frágil, se me cayo uno y se quebró el mango, realmente fue mi culpa porque se me cayo la caja con los platos calientes, pero eso indica baja calidad de la fundición.

Adquirir 2 pero de uno llegó incompleto, falto el sostenedor del sartén para evitar quemarse.
