You don't have to love the Beatles to love this book, even though I do. It explains the value of friendship in a charming way.

Hi I teach kindergarten and I got this book because I thought that it would be wonderful for the kids to see the illustrations and to hear the amazing words that ring true to this day and probably will forever showing children about friendship and I think it's a wonderful book to share with your children your classroom and whomever else leave it out on the bookshelf where you can see it or on the table so you could just pick it up and just get into that world even if you've had a bad day. Enjoy!

I love The Beatles and this book from one of their songs. I framed this to hang on the wall.

I bought this for my 8 year old granddaughter, who a lover of all Beatles music! The fact that these words were actually written by John and Paul was awesome, and the illustrations were very cute. I loved how the story features 2 little girls who will miss each other when they separate or move away, but they get always "get by with a little help from their friends!" Cute!

The story is sad. It’s about two little girls who are best friends being separated. If you have a little girl going through that, this is the book for you. But for everyone else, its dreary, somber, monochromatic and just not interesting enough.

Very nicely illustrated goid quality for gifting.

I bought this for my 6 year old granddaughter, last year. She loved sharing it with her dad, who later began to educate her on Beatles music. This year I bought it for my other 5 year old granddaughter (different family). It is such a lovely book, about two girls who maintain their special friendship after one moves away, and is set to the Beatles lyrics, a Little Help From my Friends.

Great for adults and children alike.
