Let me try to make this as clear as possible: The GVP bottle says this product is a "Reconstructing Conditioner". But the popular Joico K-PAK Deep Penetrating Reconstructor is a PROTEIN TREATMENT, NOT A CONDITIONER. So is the GVP product a conditioner or a protein treatment? I'll try to answer that right now.When I first used this product in the shower, it said to apply to clean, damp hair, comb through and leave in for 3-5 minutes and rinse. I followed the directions and was left with moderately soft, conditioned hair. My hair didn't feel magically different by any means, so I hoped to see better results after my hair dried.

Instead Buy $3.99 LED from Harbor Freight
Weird product from Manfrotto. Comes in phone case product, none of which is useful including mounting options. Buying a regular $3.99 LED light from Harbor Freight or Walmart would be better use of your money.

Bright Light
Nice little light that will add the needed additional light when taking videos. Works on a smart phone or DSLR camera. Good build quality. Battery life could be better.

Your better off using your iPhone light
Get the ML240 or if this is the only light in your budget - get the Neewer CN LED Camera light.This light is not dimmable.This light has no functions for Gels.This light is not even as bright as the light on my iphone.This light is a waste of money.

It's OK
It's very convenient to keep in my purse and pop onto my iPhone whenever I want to do a quick video in poor lighting (like dark rooms or strong backlight). But alas, it just isn't powerful enough to serve as a fill light. In order for it to fill-in a person's face, they have to be about 1 metre away from the camera. And that is way too close as faces are distorted at that close proximity. Maybe you can get someone to hold the light closer for you but as far as using it on-camera, it is just a bit too weak. However, I'm still keeping it in my bag, just in case.

Very well made LED light.
Compact and easy to carry along. Offers a nice fill in for close ranage use in still or video. Compared to other lights out there this is very well made.

Good Product
pocket-12 LED light was just right for a one man operation shooting video. Very pleased with it's output for such a small unit.
