This does not fit my box to screw it down, but I zip-tied it to the box around the top and bottom, like a belt, and cranked it down to keep the seal weatherproof. The quality of the cover itself is very good, but don't expect it to fit an older box. I just needed to keep the weather out and operate the switch. It's only me here so I won't abuse the rig-up I devised. This should work for me for years. My old one was metal and the seal was all rotted. Make due with what you can get, I obviously can't have a bare switch just sitting out in the weather.

Excellent outdoor cover! Sturdy polycarbonate construction that feels tough and built to last. Installed easily over my 2-gang box and provides great protection from rain and dust. The design fits both GFCI and toggle switches perfectly, and the gray finish looks clean and professional. Exactly what I needed for outdoor electrical protection—highly recommend!

Almost five stars except for the color, gray is fine in an industrial setting, but this controls a light & outlets by my pool and white would have been my first choice. This replaced the one I had originally installed about 16 years ago and the construction is significantly better than my first one, but I ran into a snag while putting this one in & I thought others may run into it as well. As I was replacing the old one with this, I thought I had it in place with the actual toggle of the switch properly, but as I tightened the screws, I was unable to move the switch, I figured it wasn't compatable with the switch I had used and took it back off to see it there was something different with the switch. Everything seemed like it should be, so I tried to put it on again, moving the switch lever up and down as I put the screws in. As I tightened the screws while moving the lever, I felt the lever for the switch "catch" and move freely and I could "flip" the switch lever up & down easily. It works great now, I don't know if has happened to anyone else, but it doesn't hurt to mention it. Out side of looking like it should be on the outside of a manufacturing building (I'm starting to get used to it), it's well made and work very well.

Just what I needed around my pool without going to the big box stores.

This worked perfectly for my installed fan on my back patio, Nice to also have a power outlet for convenience. Work recommend for any DYI'er.

A metal cover I had failed, so I used this to replace it. (I also had to replace the toggle switch as my earlier plate had come with one that was not usable with the new one.) It installs well, with good foam seals. The lever operates the toggle switch and the outlet cover seals well when closed.

Well build cover. I bought this to install on an exist junction box. It is well made. need some work to make it fit my old junction box. some notes: 1. The sealing sponge comes with the cover is too thick. It take some time to noticed the sponge is two layer glued together and remove one layer make it a great fit. 2. The screws come with the cover box is too short, but it might be the issue of my old junction box. 3. The back of outlet hole have some part out which prevent the cover to fit on the box. Need to cut off that part. Overall, good cover with an outlet option. It will be great to made the sponge height more adjustable. Currently, the two layer is way too thick and one layer is kind of thin.

The device was drilled for an outdoor box, but someone in their infinite wisdom installed a box that's meant for indoors in the brick which meant the cover wouldn't fit, but,... In fact it has prepositioned outlines for holes to drill out and install on the receptacle and switch. Installed easy and works fine. No issues... Flicked the switch about 10 times so far without problem. Don't expect any.

Product was a perfect fit for my project.
