This bed is great! I was going to return it because my dog didnt like going into it. I wish it came with a pool noodle for more support of the arch. I flipped the cap to the other side and now they use it as a regular bed and its their favorite. I will say its pricey but very soft and great quality.

Our boxer absolutely loves to burrow under the blankets in our bed but he also prefers to be near his people throughout the day. We bought him this bed so he can still burrow whenever he wants but it can be easily moved around the house to wherever we are. He was not a fan of the tube that holds the blanket part up to make it like a tent. As soon as we removed that piece though he was happy. The bed is a nice thickness and the foam and cover are both very soft. The size is perfect for him. I love that the cover is removable for easy washing as well. The price point was also about half of what other beds for a dog his size cost which made my wallet happy.

My dog and the cats love it. Seems to be holding up well after a few months. Size is perfect for my Italian greyhound. Definitely not chew proof if your dog is a chewer. My only complaint is when we first got it the Sherpa inside shedded for awhile.

It is easy to assmemble and disassemble for washing. All my dogs love it weather they are using the cave section or jsut laying on top of it.

My dogs love this bed. Sadly, because the cover is inferior quality, (faux sherpa & thin faux suede material for the grey part) it will need to be replaced. Not only does the faux sherpa constantly shed (still 2 years later), it is worn completely through in several spots and actually has large holes now as I have a small dog who likes to scratch & burrow for a few moments before he curls up for naps, and that has caused damage to the underlying memory foam (chunks of foam are coming off). I had to remove the plastic tube that makes it pop open for them to crawl inside and be cozy, and instead flip the whole bed upside down for my 3 small dogs (all under 25 pounds) to still be able to lay on top of it with the non-damaged side of the cover exposed, which basically turns it into just a regular dog bed and not the cozy "cave" they love. I have other older dog beds with much more durable covers that have withstood many washings and dog use. I'll be shopping for another one of these with better quality. Spend a bit more and get one with a more durable cover! This one is probably going in the garbage unless I can figure out a way to replace the damaged material with something more substantial that is still washable.

It’s really cute and my dog loves it so far. I wouldn’t exactly call it orthopedic though, as the foam insert is a pretty cheap quality more like a thin eggshell foam topper not memory foam or anything. The way the insert is made to hold up the blanket cover part doesn’t actually hold it up so he’s still figuring out how to get under it without me lifting it up for him. Once he does get under it though, he sleeps like a baby.

My 40lb dog loves it! Easy to set up and as soon as I put it on the ground he walked right in and got comfy. He has torn up all his previous beds and I’m hoping a covered bed is what he needed. It’s way larger than I thought it would be and I’m planning to order the smaller size to put in another location. Seems pretty well made from my perspective.

Not exactly what the description depicts! The description depicts a orthopedic foam bed suitable for 80 lb dogs in the jumbo size, with orthopedic foam inside, but what you get is a very low density foam that might be 3 inched thick on the points of the egg crate style foam, and maybe an inch thick in between. The cover is very very thin, like as thin as the sheets on my bed, I can't see it holding up very long at all, further more the zipper is very small nylon type zipper that looks like it's going to pull apart when either of my dogs paw at it. I can not recommend this bed for the price they charge, especially if you have an older dog like myself and are looking for foam padding to make them more comfortable, this bed does not provide the padding or support necessary for an older pet. Also the plastic hoops to support the to flap will not stand up, they fall down flat onto the bed surface, they need some kind of additional support at the edge of the bed for it to stand upright. The beds are only a few days old so the cover will reveal it's short comings in the next month or so I suspect. Spend some extra dollars and get a bed worth the dollars invested.
