Now, it is a VERY concentrated soap. A palmful could be used to wash your entire body and then some. But, it's not gonna dry out your skin either. I have fairly sensitive skin. My skin doesn't feel hydrated, it's not a moisturizing soap, but it feels clean and normalized, and it's definitely not dry anymore. I didn't have any serious skin problems, so I can't make any miracle claims, but if you generally suffer from mild stuff at worst, I seriously doubt you're going to get better. And to explain, in the absolute clearest terms, how good this is at washing; My armpit BO grows strong enough to smell in the next room over in under half a day if I don't use heavy deodorant.
