Firm heel
After walking myself into a case of double heel/achilles tendonitis, over 20 years ago (on the treadmill), I decided to get another treadmill so I could hopefully accelerate some weight loss. The pain in one of my heels came back after two times on the treadmill, to the utmost, to the same point where it was when I stopped using the treadmill twenty years ago. Knowing my hard rubber sandals with the wedge heel are about the most comfortable shoe I have, as far as the heel goes, I was looking for a harder wedge to put inside my tennis shoes. (The ones they sell at the drug stores just aren't firm enough). (This was after ruling out a cortisone injection.) So, I decided to try this wedge and get on the treadmill with it. It is exactly what I needed for the heel tendonitis! To be clear, it does NOT CURE the heel, and it does NOT make it completely pain free, but it the pain is greatly reduced,to a mere annoyance, and I do not have to wait 2-3 days for the pain to subside and get back on the treadmill. Exactly what I needed. (and much cheaper than the $200+ shoes that are made to reduce heel tendonitis.)

Helps my low back!!
This product seems to be helping even out my leg lengths to make less stress on my lumbar. It’s early but seems to be assisting. Another week or two and some more physical work / sports and I shall know lots more.

I use this product in my left shoe to lengthen my short leg.

Yea, it gives you that extra inch height, but...
I guess this works for it's intended purpose. It does not give arch support. It makes your arch "hang" there in the air without support. Yes, it elevates you an inch more. It does give you heel support and helps if you're flat footed.

leg height adjustment
My 1 leg is shorter than the other so I use this as an insert in my shoe. It works great.

work great, durable, but narrow
needed something durable to lift my heel to relieve pain when walking or running, and this did the trick, but needed adjustment.broke my ankle a while back, and lost several degrees of flexion (ability to bring toe up towards shin). when walking or running, it helps elevate my heel, so that the angle of flexion needed to walk or run comfortably is less. this, combined with another arch support, works well for me.these have been resilient through rigorous exercise: from competitive softball play (active outfielder), to walking around the house in slides. (definitely must tape them to slides)however, the width is narrow, which creates some lateral wiggle. the honeycomb bottom does help stay in place, but still have leftover side margin. I don't have a wide or large foot, (I'm 5'9", 175 lbs, size 10-11 depending on shoe brand.) I ordered Large, and received model CY-02 M. widest part at base/bottom measures roughly 2.25 inches, and widest part touching heel (top) measures roughly 2.5 inches. to keep from sliding, I use black athletic tape, which does the job.overall, I recommend. I'm mid 40's and these help me pretend I'm still an active 30. i just wish there were similar options for half-inch or full-inch wider

Perfect!
I’ve tried several heel inserts over the years..Due to an accident, my left leg is 2 1/2 inches shorter than my right…It’s caused problems over the years… particularly in my lower back…Otrthodics, surgeries… helped… but didn’t solve problems…Then I tried these…..Whoa! Huge difference and a big help! So comfortable.. fit perfectly in all my shoes, well made…arrived quickly…After thousands of dollars spent and lots of surgeries, I spent less than $15 on these and actually found relief!I couldn’t be happier!If your issues sound like mine…Give them a try….I think you’ll be pleasantly pleased….✌🏼

Using ONE on my left foot to adjust uneven legs - Pro Tip;
I am 35 and should have got this 20 years ago.I have 2 herniated discs. I did a lot of heavy lifting at work and my back is stuffed. Recently if I lifted a 20kg bag, I’m struggling to sleep for a week. If I stand in-front it a mirror with my feet flat on the ground, my hip and spine visibly tilt to one side. I stacked thin books under one foot until it was even and my spine was straight - and that’s how I determined what height to buy.If you are going to use these to level out your hips due to uneven leg heights. PUT THEM UNDER your existing insoles not on top - works way better!!!If your shoe is accommodating it takes a few hours to get used too, but after a short period your body is EXTREMELY thankful for everything being aligned. You might find a few new pains in the early days but overall it’s worth persisting. I now want to buy 2 sets of flip flops (Archie’s are amazing btw) and cut the sole off one to add to the other to keep my hips and spring straight even when I’m not wearing shoes.I have just completed several days of heavy lifting and crowbar / digging and have zero back pain in bed.I don’t remember the last time I could have said this.If your weird and uneven like me. Commit to making change sooner rather then later - I reckon had I had these when I did all that heavy lifting over the last 15 years, I wouldn’t have herniated my spine discs.

Not for low-cut shoes/sneakers
Not ideal for low-cut shoes/sneakers. More than half of your heels will be sticking out while using this product. I actually made a mistake of buying it because I usually use low-cut shoes/sneakers on a daily basis. Maybe this product is best for boots or high-cut kind of converse sneakers.
