I haven't seen Customer Service like this since the 1980's. So refreshing to find a Company that truly wants their customer to be pleased with the product they sell. This little tool is the only one that has really worked. My feet have never been so happy. I had tried several others and they all went out within two weeks. Then I found Own Harmony. I accidentally went too far up my ankle/leg while exfoliating the tops of my feet. That old alligator skin started flying everywhere. I reluctantly put the least coarse roller on and decided to use it gently! on my leg. Oh my goodness. I had no idea how much dry skin I had. After a couple of weeks, my legs feel satin smooth and look so much better. I had an issue with charging the unit after a while. Likely my own fault from not grabbing the plug at the base to remove it. I came looking for it and noticed the warranty. I contacted them and much to my surprise - a replacement arrived within a few days. No hassle, no dragging things out. So many companies make getting a replacement so difficult that you just give up. Not so, here.Imagine my surprise when Own Harmony contacted me a few months later to be sure that the product was working, as it should. She wanted to be sure that I was happy and satisfied. I was and still am. This is a must have product for me. It is so effective and satisfying to nurture my skin. Never again can I live without it. I am still under warranty, here. Even so, I am going to purchase another one for backup, in case they sell out. Highly recommend this product. From my view, it is the best on the market. Thank you Andrea. A rare treat to encounter a company that backs their product so diligently. I can see why - because it works! We need more customer service people like you, in this day and age of robotic returns. I had a couple of other callus removers in the past, both of them corded. One was so large I had difficulty maneuvering, and the other was small enough to be easy to pack, but not too small for the job. The second was still limited by its being corded, and by the fact that it had to be applied in just one position, and the handle ergonomics weren't good for many of the places I needed to use it. It was also useless for calluses on the sides of my toes because I couldn't get it in there at all. I had contemplated going for another pedicure, but remembered being unhappy about coming home with some calluses (the ones on the sides of my toes in particular) untouched, which was why I went hunting (again) for the corded callus remover. I started thinking that surely, by now, there were rechargeable units, and decided to search Amazon for one which would work better for me. I was intrigued by this unique design, as it can be useful 360º around, in either hand, and the roller could fit between toes, to get the pesky and uncomfortable calluses there. So I decided to order this. This is the cat's meow! It does a great job, and it does it in a very reasonable amount of time. I just did one foot first, so I could compare my foot comfort. I was really shocked to find that it made such a huge difference, even when not putting any weight on my feet, laying in bed before I going to sleep, just being able to feel the bedding equally on all surfaces of my feet (yes, I know I'm like the princess with the pea). I was able to get to the more difficult calluses very easily using this, and can't believe how much easier and more effective it is than any other callus remover (or foot file) I've used. For a fraction of the cost of a good pedicure, I have better callus removal, and will be able to keep on having self-serve pedicures, even when we're camping. I loved this! It was great at getting the areas between my toes that were always dry. Batter lasted for about an hour of constant use. The issue is that about two months after I bought it, it stopped turning on. It was fully charged, clean, gears were functional, it just didn't work. Maybe you'll be luckier?

I got this little buddy for Christmas. I have to say, this little guy is my new best friend! My poor feet have gone through so many changes after having kids, and none of the changes were good. My heels turned into some sort of undiscovered metal that defies basically every softening agent, every callus removing stone, and poor, tiny pedicure ladies who work HARD for their tips. This little guy can do it all, though. My hands used to cramp up trying to remove the calluses from my feet, especially my heels. They would get super dry and crack, and that's pretty painful. So when I turned this on and started to use it on my heels, I was delighted by what I was seeing and experiencing. THAT CRAP WAS ACTUALLY COMING RIGHT OFF MY FEET! It was a miracle! You don't have to press very hard for it to work, either; let the sandpaper do the work for you. I love that it can be mobile so you can take it with you on vacation. I'm so excited to actually go to the beach and not have to bury my feet in the sand due to embarrassment over my awful heels! I don't have to hurry and cover my feet at the pool anymore! Of course, I'll have to wait for those days to come as it is winter right now and quite cold outside. But I'll looking forward to it! I like the shape of this callus remover. I like that I can use even the very outside edge if I want to. I can use it in between my toes, and I have! I can use it on top of my toes, and I have! I also love that it has two speeds and two different levels of sandpaper: regular and street cleaner. I love that it has extra tips that come with it. If you're on the fence, even after reading this, just get it. Trust me on this. Your heels and anyone who happens to glance at your feet, will thank you.

This is a great looking product, but it doesn't do anything... I have had a number of similar products over the years and they eventually get tired and quit working. I use one of these in combination with some foot creams and I am doing okay with my foot care... I am an old hand at it now. But, this particular product seems to just spin and look pretty and otherwise not do anything. Other callus removers produce a fine white powder that let's you know that the old dead skin is being sluffed off. This one ... not so much... maybe a tiny bit... but it would take eons to get any actual work done. Sadly .. I thought it was so good looking I bought one for my elderly mother and she protested she didn't want it... but I insisted so I bought 2 of them. I am guessing mom's didn't work either, she sure doesn't want it ... so I am in for 60 bucks and nothing to show but a manufacturer that will evenually get back to me about it... It's been a few days so maybe they are still trying to figure out what went wrong. Follow up.... THe manufacturer brushed me off as being so callused that is won't work for me... Sorry but that was an ignorant assumption and their product is just useless. I bought another from another manufacturer and it is just fine. Plus the others I have had over the years all were great. This is the worst ... This item is useless and does nothing. To get directly to the point. It is so bad at what it does it took me a long time and then finally comparing it back and forth against my old unit by a different company to really get it that it really is as bad as it is. I almost couldn't believe my eyes it is possible to look as pretty as it does, spin and whir and then do absolutely nothing in any practical way. I wasted my money completely ... it is a toy and doesn't really function as it is suppposed to, one of the most useless things I have ever purchased > possibly the worst. I couldn't in good conscionous even sell it at a garage sale for 5 bucks... or a dollar for that matter

I had a faulty product that may or may not have been partially my doing. However, I did receive the replacement Own Harmony callus remover very quickly and it is working perfectly. I am very appreciative of the fact that you stand by your product. I’m thrilled with the experience you and your company have provided. I have another model of this kind of device that works better. The on/off switch sticks, such that this is hard to turn on. It also seems to hold a charge for less time.

It’s extremely powerful and a wonderful tool for adults. Too powerful for young or tender feet; which this will easily provide you with. However, use short quick swipes for maintenance. Holding this tool on your feet with enough pressure will burn you and cause very unevenly layered skin. Mine stopped working in December after ordering in July with immediate use. Grind stones remain quite effective for long term use as 1 adult. I love it and would order it again if it stopped again. It’s never ever worth spending $35 for a pedicure when this tool is cheaper and easy to reuse over and over. I recommend using it for 5 minutes per foot maximum and let it recharge and cooldown (Cooldown is very important even when In use, not only because of the product, but nerves/pain in your feet don’t immediately register to the brain from the surface, which is where this tool May burn or break the skin) I would love a new one sent to me please, as I cannot afford one but I am in dire need of this product for Self Care purposes. I highly recommend this product as your First step to fitness, work, driving or a weight loss journey, self care journey etc. Second step would be proper shoe fit Stay hydrated and keep your skin moisturized in dry heat Enjoy. I love it! I have several of these electric rasps, but this one – with its very unique shape- I prefer most. It's handy and effective. It even reaches the hard skin in the middle of my soles precisely, which other devices always struggle with. I highly recommend it!

The product works great on your feet, removes calluses promptly, is easy to use and handle. Delivery had been quick and the product is under warranty. The company is easy to contact in case of any issues with the product and the customer service is polite and very helpful! Would highly recommend this product!
