Dell Latitude 3340 13.3" Laptop, Intel Core i3, 4GB RAM, 500GB HDD, Win10 Home (Renewed)

Works great. Good 'out of box' experience from SkyTech USA. It's in very good condition considering it's used/refurbished. It's a pretty good deal for $169. It arrived the next day after I ordered it. Shipping was free. The 13.3 inch screen is the perfect size and I didn't have to pay over $1000 for an 'Ultrabook'. It seems very durable, but a bit heavy at 4 lbs. Screen is good, but not 1080p. Battery life seems good, considering it's refurbished. I've been using it for 2 hours on battery with 54% power remaining after tweaking the power settings. Mine came with Windows 10 Pro instead of Home. It had a single stick of 4gb DDR3-L memory with a second unused empty memory slot for easy upgrades. Dell says 8gb is the max memory, but no problens with two 8gb sticks for 16gb total. It got a bit hot on battery power until i changed cooling from Passive to Active in the power settings. I got this laptop to study for Microsoft certification exams and it exceeds my expectations.

I purchased this laptop for school. What I liked is the memory, 500gb. You cannot get that amount for that price so I was interested. Since I use it for school, it has been serving my needs thus far. My only hangup is battery life, I can only squeeze 6.5 maybe 7 hours tops. But that is not a deal-breaker as there is quality in this refurb. If you are looking for a second laptop for use, this is a good solid buy.

We purchased this laptop for small projects and internet. Given such a low price I had low expectations and it worked as expected. Lower performance and speed are part of the deal but I was not expecting the battery life to deteriorate in the fist few months vs years like an average laptop would. Now there is less than 40 min to a full charge and it will shut down without warning, very frustrating if you're in the middle of something.Per Amazon chat they directed me to the seller who responded quickly to my concern above with the message below saying to re-order. This laptop was a gift to my sister after her old computer died. She loves it, Sent me pictures. Looks great, works great. She has no complaints. Great value for the money.

Update: finally found the email and contacted them the customer service was outstanding, no hassle they are sending a replacement battery and followed up to give me the tracking information to keep me updated. This is a no risk purchase, they stand behind their product and will correct any errors.Would have been all 5stars but now my battery says 100% but it will not be on unless plugged up and I cannot find email from seller.. this is still very new and barely used but without the battery I have a fancyblooking desktop..Amazon still gives me option to refund it but I would rather just have another battery 🤦🏾‍♀️🤷🏿‍♀️

Worth the cost.

This laptop is great for the price. It came with windows 10 pro and is in great working order. If the specs in this laptop are what you are liking for then I would recommend purchasing it. Mine was properly refurbished and in great shape. I got this to try my hand at writing a book. I’m not gaming with it so it is more than adequate for what I need.

It’s very average. I don’t recommend this laptop. You should definitely save for something better. My return window closed but this laptop uses part that are almost a decade old and it won’t stay charged and when it’s unplugged it’s so glitched out like the audio is messed up and the screen is almost so dark you can’t see anything. Other than that, the rubber buffing is starting to come off and the sound is grainy and very poor. Save for something worth more. The camera sucks too. When playing games from Steam, it’s either great or bad. My sims playthrough glitches 24/7 and subnautica, Minecraft and long dark are unrunnable.Pros: it did what I needed it to do. I was able to get my work done decently fast and I’m able to plug earbuds in and listen to music plus more. I’ve been able to run games like alien isolation, fnaf, and a few others. The windows support is great though.
