Good product and even better customer service
I had ordered the vacuum that came with an extra battery option but it arrived without the extra battery. The seller (Prime Cellutions) immediately responded to my inquiry as to where my extra battery was. They offered to either send the battery or issue a refund for that portion of the order. I opted for the battery and it was delivered very quickly. The vacuum itself has good suction- enough that I can use this as my primary vacuum- and I love the fact that I can do a quick, cordless, clean up. We have a horse farm - so between the horses, our messy farm boots and the dogs a quick cleanup is a real plus. Please note our home is cottage so the power of this vacuum is plenty for us but probably not ideal for an every day vacuum in a large home.

Customer service could be better
Product is nice. Hoover's a joke. I will update this if anything resolves my issue but one month into this and one of the batteries is defective. Good thing it was a two battery bundle. Call the service number... hold. Go to the website for a "chat" which is the quicker way. LOL! Hello Hoover... you listening?!Update: bumped my review to 4 stars. Reached out to the corporate customer service and received immediate response. Replacement battery is being shipped. Shouldn’t be so difficult to get service.

Not bad if you've never had a real vacuum
I bought this to replace my garage/car vacuums. It could never replace the house vacuum. First of all, the floor attachments are only 9.5" wide, versus 13" for my corded Dyson. So, if your room is 20 feet wide, you will need to make 25 passes with this vacuum versus 18 with the corded Dyson (or pretty much any corded vacuum). Multiply that by several rooms, and you'll have a long day. Especially since the two batteries won't last long enough to finish the job.The suction is okay in economy mode and it will last 45 minutes per battery, but switch it to turbo mode and watch the charge drain in about 10 minutes. The hard-surface attachment does a great job on wood floors, similar to a Swiffer. The carpet attachment bogs down on even the lowest of low pile. I have commercial Berber in the garage with no padding, and it works great there. In the house, I have a slightly thicker Berber with padding, and it continually tripped the agitator breaker (shut down). The only way to get it to start spinning again is to disconnect the attachment and re-attach it. What a pain. Don't even think about trying it on any type of plus or shag.As far as using it in the car; it's not terrible, but there is no hose. Hoover has a cordless car vacuum, which is the exact model for the power unit (Blade), and it comes with an extension hose. This one has no hose, so it makes it awkward to use in the car. I contacted Hoover, and guess what, they do not sell the hose separately. Really dumb.If you're looking for a light weight vacuum for hard surfaces, this is okay, but way too expensive for such a limited use. Look somewhere else. It will do for my garage vacuum, but I do have buyer's remorse.

Battery Malfunction
At first, I loved this cordless vacuum. I searched for weeks to find one that used removable batteries that could be recharged. I loved the floor attachment for tile...no brushes. It did a great job on my tile floors....my entire house. I loved the "idea" of having extra batteries to allow more "run time." The concept was great BUT...the batteries kept getting stuck in the charger and in the vacuum. The grey buttons on each side of the batteries that are supposed to release the battery from it's holder when pressed stopped working on both batteries. I actually had to use a screwdriver to pry them loose. Also, regarding the wall mount...the pre-drilled holes for attaching it to the wall are too far apart to be able to attach it to a stud. I was very disappointed and sad because I had to return the vacuum.

Easy and convenient to use.
My only complaint is there’s no flexible hose for cleaning a car.Otherwise - it dies what I wanted it to do - quick pick up of difficult access spots.

Vacuuming Made Easy & Fun 😉
We bought an extra 4 Amp, and a small carpet cleaner had a 2 Amp. In total we have two 4 Amps and a 2 AmpWe’ve never run out of battery power!Great suction for our LVP floors, for even very thick carpets, for outside entry rugs and all rugs inside.I HATE grit on my feet. No worries 😉 this powerful little vacuum does everything with no bothersome cord to get in my way. We live how flat it goes. It’s NOT totally light! Bad necks and backs will still scream at you if your not careful. But it IS easier than most bulky heavy vacuums. No cords to work around. We just love it.

No light
Although specs say there is a light - (misleading!) please note that it ONLY works with the brush roller on. My entire first floor is LVP so I cannot use the brush function, which means there is no light. When I called Hoover, the rep acknowledged that I was correct and the machine has been redesigned (in other more expensive models) so that the light works in every setting. ☹️
