This L-theanine spray is very convenient and easy to use — I’ve used many capsules and chewables and this is a nice alternative. I’m sometimes not sure about the correct and accurate dosing with the spray delivery system but overall I think it’s effective. I would say to start small with one squirt and wait an hour or so before dispensing more. It’s a great way to help fall asleep faster and only one or two sprays will help with relaxation.

Really disappointed to receive this defective pump that can’t be returned. Hoping the seller will send another one since it’s so expensive.

My daughter loves the flavor of this. She takes it before bed, and unlike most bedtime routines, she actually remembers this one!! Other supplements she takes she needs a bit of encouraging since they don’t taste so great, not this one. After a month of using it, I’m noticing some nice improvements as well.

Our family has been very happy with the results of this product. We will definitely be purchasing it again. I noticed results of a more calm and chill demeanor almost immediately. And that is a lot to say for a six-year-old.

Have not opened, but I’m a little concern of how this looks? I don’t feel safe giving it to my son. Is this normal?
