I’ve been using this magnesium supplement for a few weeks now, and the difference has been noticeable in multiple ways. One of the biggest improvements has been with muscle soreness—especially after workouts or long days sitting at a desk. My muscles feel less tight, and recovery seems faster. I also tend to wake up with a stiff neck, but since starting this supplement, that morning stiffness has eased significantly. It’s a very good supplement.

I’ve had issues in the past with other magnesium formulas to the point I couldn’t tolerate them due to stomach pain they’ve caused. This formula is exceptional!!! It also helps keep my weight very steady, and gives me a better night’s sleep. Lots of health benefits with this supplement. I have been taking it now for 4 or 5 years and never want to be without it. Highly recommend!!

Does the job well!

A few years ago my doctor indicated that my magnesium levels were too low so told me to add a magnesium supplement. I tried a couple of other brands and they were hard to swallow or they caused digestive issues. Then I found this brand - easy to swallow and no stomach ache after taking the pills. My doctor is happy with my magnesium levels and I’m happy with this pill.

This form of magnesium is the ONLY one I need to take. It is highly absorbable, and works very well. I have been able to decrease the total amount of magnesium I need to take for control of muscle cramps, and nerve pain. The slow release gives me great coverage. I was having to take up to 6 x 3,750 mg tablets of quick release magnesium malate, and now need only 3 x 500mg SR Magnesium per day. MagSRT meets my needs to perfection.

Very helpful, an excellent product. I have benefited enormously from the magnesium with slow release. I used to suffer from migraines, even in my sixties, and nothing helped until I read that some research had been done showing that magnesium supplements could help migraine sufferers. I started taking the product and the migraines I'd had for 40 years stopped immediately: I can now drink wine and eat chocolate!

This product has definitely made a difference. I have more energy and muscle cramps have almost disappeared. I will be buying more of this in near future. This could be due to other high magnesium foods which I regularly eat such as almonds and dark chocolate :).
