Vionic with Orthaheel Technology Women's Action Heritage Slip-On

Excellent arch support, but note that this shoe is more of a backless mule than a slip-on tennis shoe. The back of the shoe is NOT a true back... it comes up high enough to guide your foot into the shoe, but not high enough to keep it there. If you buy these expecting a regular tennis shoe with a regular back, you will be disappointed. They are more difficult to walk in due to the lack of a true back, but they're also incredibly comfortable & supportive. Just want new buyers to be aware of what they're purchasing.

Awesome shoe. Fits snug if you are slightly above a medium width but will give a bit. Comfy & supportive. This is my second pair as a back up. I can wear without socks & no rubbing. Insole is removable to wash. Did wash sneaker & air dried & came out perfect!

Vionic has again met my expectations for an exceptional fit and comfort. I usually wear a size 8 in Vionic sandals and clogs, but having read the reviews I decided to order a size 8.5, in order to insure that my heel landed inside the shoe instead of on the heel, smart move as these fit perfectly with my heel sitting inside the shoe as they should. These shoes fit snug with plenty of room to wiggle in the toe box, not tight ( and I have moderately wide feet), so my feet do not slip around and no "walking out" of my shoes. I love them. I might buy another color for Fall.

I have loved all of my Orthaheel and Vionic shoes but this one had no heel support at all! My heels slipped out while walking. Had to send back.

These are great comfort shoes. They are sturdy and durable yet light. Very well made. A good firm sole with a comfort insert. I have plantar fasciosis/fasciitis and my feet feel so much better in these---even better than the shoes that I have with custom inserts. I think the brand is excellent for comfort shoes for work. I also bought ankle-boots from Vionic which are similarly comfortable. I loved this pair so much that I bought a second pair for my 89-year-old mother who needed a slip-on, sturdy, comfort shoe after her total hip replacement. She loves hers as well.

I'm a big fan of Orthaheel/Vionic. I have a variety of shoes from them. I was really hoping this one would work out for me. It's a great looking shoe. The foot bed itself is fantastic. If I was rating the looks or the foot bed, I would have given it 5 stars. The problem, like others have stated, is that the shoe slides off your heel with each and every step. This seems to be a design flaw. A little design tweak and this could be a fantastic shoe. Hopefully, they'll redesign this model. If they do, I'll absolutely try it again.

This is not a walking shoe. It is a clog. Or at least what was sent to me was the clog version of this shoe. I would not last 5 minutes speed walking in this shoe and was very disappointed.Also, I was sent a pair that was not brand new. I now own 3 pairs of Vionic sneakers, sandals and walking shoes, so I am very familiar with how Vionic packages their products.The only tag that came with it was already cut from the shoe, no tags explaining the product and barely enough tissue paper folded around each shoe; no tissue paper molded to fit toe area.If I wanted to purchase an opened package, I would have ordered one.

The shoe itself seems well made, and after reading reviews that say I should go a half size higher, I bought a 9 1/2, since I usually wear a 9. With every step I could feel my heel coming out of the shoe, but it was tight around the widest part of my foot. I felt that if I exchanged it for a 9, then it would be too tight around the wide part of my foot. So I just returned it for a refund. I did like the look of the shoe, and the support was very good, but it seems difficult to fit.

Whilst they are described as slip on, there isn’t enough back to keep the shoe on. They literally fell off as I walked. I am a standard size five and due to the extra padding the shoe was very tight also.

Couldn’t get these on my feet as they were far too small with the Vionic liners in them.
