Im really glad I purchased this item for my cast iron. I just really wished I wouldve got the 18x18. The cleaning I use it for is great perfect. I simply put it in the skillet and easily swirl it around with a small amount of water. It has a little key ring on it and that work great for air drying it out on the chain from my fan!

I have two of these from two different manufacturers... one with much finer rings, which I like very much, but it's gone down the disposal one or twice. Replace with this one - much largere and heavier rings, which also work great. Kind of wish I could find one that was right in the middle between the two for ring size/weight. That would be my everyday quick scrubber. This would be reserved for heavy duty work, and I could retire the older fine chain one.

Works great to clean our grill when camping!

This works adequately. However, i wish i would have spent a few more dollars to purchase one that’s a little bigger and perhaps has finer links. It scrubs…but not quite as well as i had hoped. It takes a little ‘elbow grease’ to get my stainless steel and cast iron pans clean. Since this is my first chainmail scrubber I don’t know if that’s normal or not. I don’t regret my purchase, but i have to admit i was hoping it would work a little better than it does.

Essential for cast iron, carbon steel and stainless steel pots and pans

I was looking for something to clean my carbon steel frying pan. I saw this and thought I'd give it a try. It looks like it would damage the pan, but to my surprise it does not. When I'm done cooking, I add a bit of hot water, let it set for 5 minutes and then wash it using this and a drop or two of dish soap. I don't use much pressure at all. Its own weight seems to work just fine. Even the seasoning on the pan stays in good shape, ready for the next meal. Another benefit is that it looks durable enough to last forever.

Efficace

Wasn’t sure how this was going to be better than other metal scrubbers but I love it. I use it to wash my cast iron pan with soap (yes you can), it gets all the crust off quickly and effectively. Immediately dry it thoroughly, oil it and job done. Hasn’t affected the seasoning of my older pans at all but did have to re-season a newer one. Worth it.

Les maillons ne sont pas tous pareils, certains sont moins bien fermés que d'autres, et donc raient et abîment le culottage. Encore un achat decevant sur ce plate-forme.
