Happy light inspiring read
I had this little book with me at the hospital when I had covid. Just helped me pass the time. Each read was short enough for when nurses came and went. I like it, kept my mind positive! We always have busy lives and different things happening this is short enough to get a good Godly word in and keep moving.

This book is perfect for a gift and be sure to gift yourself too! It is full of encouragement, hope and joy and points you to the truths of God's Word. Pick up a couple today to keep on hand when you have a friend going through a tough season. I love keeping it on my coffee table.

Great little devotional
I like this devotional al lot. It is small and easy to take with me on the go. The artwork is beautiful and the writings are very on point. I have noticed that they can get a little repetitive, but it is a still a very good devotional book. Great stocking stuffer

Beautifully Written and Simple Devotional
The Fall season has just arrived! This time of year I love to ride around taking photos of all the colorful leaves as they gently fall making their way onto the ground. This devotional, much like the autumn leaves is a great reminder of what it means to be able to let go and begin new. One of the things we encourage on our blog is new ways to simplify our lives and eliminate anything that is trying to keep us from hearing God’s still voice. In a world filled with constant noise and distractions, we often find ourselves easily trapped into thinking we have to reach all kinds of expectations or we have to put on a face like we have it all together (especially in the world of social media). In this devotional, Fults shares with us sixty powerful truths that have helped mold her into who she is today. She shares with us the importance of living a more authentic life and letting go of the pressures of feeling like we have to be perfect. Instead of holding onto those lies, she opens up the door to show us the truth on how to let go and allow God’s grace and mercy to lead the way and be free in Christ. Inside this devotional, you will find 144 pages of beautiful hand-lettering and artwork that makes you look forward to sitting down with a hot cup of tea or coffee and begin reading. I love the simplicity of each short essay, each topic of discussion is so heartwarming and very welcoming. The message behind Katy Fults devotional is beautiful which is this, that in the mess of life we always have the choice of how we will choose to live – a life of authenticity or a life of pretending we have it all together. If you are tired of trying to keep up with acting like you have it all together and just want to let go and be authentic, then this devotional is highly recommend as a source to help guide you to that freedom.

A great addition to daily devotions
I love this author and use this book as part of my daily devotions. I can see that this would also make a great gift for someone, but not if you are looking for something more in-depth in terms of devotions. There are some bible readings in the messages, but there are no prayers or, like her other books, space to journal. However, the readings are really insightful and honest; they have also been what I really needed to hear on some days.
