It's not an easy task to do by hand. Takes about 4 hours to do the math and then read the material and summarize it yourself. Used to have the floppy disc software and took 2 minutes to come up with the math. In doing any astrology, remember this. If something shows up in your chart, it may happen to you. If it comes up twice, it probably will, anything 3 or over.............look out, it will happen; good or bad. So it does help to look for any pitfalls you may be encountrering in life and help you to avert them, but you may have good aspects and if you do, don't hesitate to jump on those opportunities.

Robert Hand is one of the greatest astrologers of our times, to be sure. He is a bit dour but if you can get past this ALL of his works are treasure troves of arcane knowledge. If you want an erudite, no nonsense approach to interpreting the Universe, this is the line of books for you. If you want silly,inaccurate "foo-foo" astrology based on general sun signs for the millions and roughly "guesstimated" and slapped together via monthly lunations or the daily movements of the moon, the web is plagued with this sort of rubbish. This is why astrology has gotten a bad rap - astrologers like Robert Hand restore credibility to an ancient and highly accurate science, when practiced correctly.

I ordered this book awhile ago and was very pleased with the outcome. It even comes with a bookmark, I thought that was cool. This book was EXACTLY what I was looking for. This book covers all the inner and outer planets, but I wish it was cover more asteroids too, like Chiron or vertex axis. But I like to really go in depth. Overall, I was very happy with this purchase and I received the package unbelievably fast.

For anyone who wants to learn how to analyze a relationship between two people to see if it will last, this is the book for you. And you can the information to the bank because it's by one of the best astrologers in the world, Robert Hand. For a very old book, it was in very good condition---no rips, tears, or dents.

I have found his observations on composite charts to be extremely helpful and enlightening. Regardless of the current verdict on whether or not composites "work", I can attest to their validity in determing the theme or feeling of a relationship, from experience. This book is a valuable resource in helping to understand the energy at play when two people interact. I highly recommend it.

It is a must-have book if you are practicing astrology and work with relationships.I haven't read it yet however look forward to reading it (I am not fast with books, easier to learn through videos).Use the book as a reference book occasionally.
