These have too big of a id radius to fit in v star controls. Fit one bars fine but unless you machine them. Will not fit

Throttle side is useless. Gets stuck and needs to be forced back. Left Grip side fits, but the screws stick out and make for an uncomfortable situation and cut up your hand. Rubber part is comfortable and very grippy.

They are very nice grips. they fit the factory bars well the only problem is where the controls clamp around the throttle tube. The new grips outer diameter is bigger that the stock grips. So something will need to be modified. But im keeping them!

I would not use this on a motorcycle, as I don't feel it's safe. For motorcycle use I'd give this a one star. It really needs to be a one piece unit with the grip glued on to be effective for a motorcycle, and perhaps finer threads cut for the set screws. I have a motorized kayak, and I needed a simple grip that operates a throttle lever that goes to a small 10 hp engine. I was not using the throttle grip for the cable at all, in fact, I only used one of the two pieces. The piece I used did not have the section for throttle cable. As I said I don't think I would trust this on a motorcycle. The rubber grip slides around on the aluminum, so that was the first turn off. I used some Marine polyurethane to secure. I folded the rubber back onto itself, and then smeared a small coat of the polyurethane all over the aluminum. I then slid the rubber back down, and finally rolled the final section in place. It was a bit of a mess, but worked. I had to clean up excess glue with some mineral spirits. The manufacturer needs to secure this with some glue from the get-go. The set screws have a coarse thread, and in this application I think it's inappropriate. There needs to be a finer thread used. At the very least I would use Loctite, and as others have done perhaps create a small divit so the set screw has something to rest in. For my application it worked fine, and turned out to be a pretty good deal, and looks nice. Again, I would look elsewhere if I had a motorcycle as I think these are flat-out dangerous for that application.

Very good quality. Nice feel and great grip. Eventually the seam will pull off I think. Has not happened with mine yet. Only had them a few months but so far. Holds up well and is much more cost affective than most.

Bought these for my Savage. Which for some reason in the inner collar of the throttle grip has a much smaller outer diameter than the standard. Apparently. Have bought several grips which claimed to be Suzuki compatible including these. All were not. Finally said to Hell with it and dremelled the outer diameter down to the right size. Not fun or probably a good idea but hey. Otherwise nice enough grips. Be aware the throttle grip is a three piece threaded unit. Strongly recommend you disassemble and add thread locker before reassembling and fitting to your bike. Caveat Emptor!

Product didn't fit my bike as described. Purchased this product for nothing I guess. Will not be buying from this seller again.

They do not fit at all, I have 1' Bars and they are not even close
