Bought this laptop during Diwali Sale and it's very good, working fast awesome look. However, it takes time to get start first then it runs very smoothly. Fast charge is good within 1.5 hours. Must buy this laptop it's very good in this price range and for normal use.

This laptop is very useful of small works. Its not a gaming laptop.

this laptop is very very slow even my 17 year old computer works faster. from switching on to shutting down, everything is soo slow. to open chrome it take approximately 35-40 seconds and in a normal working laptop it takes 5 seconds at max. this laptop got to my nerves at times. when i switch on the laptop at 9:00 am for my 9:15 class, i log in only at 9:30. switching on, opening zoom, logging into class. doing all that takes 20 minutes when it's supposed to take about 4 minutes.there's frequent need to go the repair shop. i got sick of it and i changed the whole laptop and gave a system reboot and got a new SDD or RAM I'm not very sure. but i had to repair the laptop every 2 months to give it a cleanup for it to work a little faster. the cleanup costed 3k and i had to spend 1.5k for the laptop every month. i decided to get a permanent cleanup, it costed around 8.5k but since that i've not been to the repair shop in the last 8 months.the laptop is very slow. but switching out the SDD permanently by an expert will solve the problem. after i switched it out, the laptop is working very well. good speed too.this laptop looks very sleek and classy. Has a bigger screen than other laptops. doesn't have a great webcam but it's okay. Very heavy and fragile too. not recommended for someone who will be carrying this or traveling a lot. The keyboard is very similar to that of macbook's, it has very smooth typing. It can fold 180 degrees.

After comparing the specs across the I3 cores laptop this is the best laptop in its price range. Useful for home and students needs. Comes with Office 2019 preinstalled which is really a good plus at this price range. Purchased it during this festival season.Also includes DVD RW drive which is additional plus as most of the new laptop are excluding this drive. Overall happy with the purchase and on time delivery from amazon.

Compelely worst products,dont buy this product..With in 6 month faced keyboard replacement.To get the Customer service to complaint about the product is very tough,you can try to get a ticket to moon instead of getting lenova customer service.Very worst customer service...Performance of this laptop not upto the mark what they mention in the description.Very wide display not handy to sit on your lap.Very hard buttons...I just say ok level laptop.

Don't ever buy any lenovo products...one of the third class brand.

You can't use it for creativity, editing or gaming purposes. I use only applications like ms office, chrome Browser and it loads very slow. You can't install and use any other software in this laptop. Overall good product in this amount, but better don't go with a specific budget.
