I don't think I would try it with a sirius radio until I checked the radio specs. However, my original one got very hot and did not last very long. The new one also gets hot. Allows you to use your cooler anywhere there is `120 AC power. Is well made and all you have to do is plug the box in to an AC outlet and the cooler into the 12VDC socket and you are in business.
