I love this stuff so happy I found it. I've had a problem with sweating excessively for more than 10 years now and Now Foods, Eleuthero 500 mg helps so much. It says to take 2 capsules up to twice a day, this very effective, however I found for me if I take 3 to 4 twice a day results are the best. I should also note that I have social anxiety, depression, OCD, and ADHD, I've noticed a slight effect helping with my anxiety after starting taking these pills.I'll update later if any side effects occur.Great stuff highly recommend!!

I purchased this a while back but didn't add it to my regimen because I read in some articles that it can act as estrogen once inside the body. I was treating an issue related to estrogen dominance and I didn't want to make it worse. Now that my issue is subsiding I've been taking the Eleuthero capsules. Talk about a natural energy boost! I swallowed two before a workout and was so supercharged I didn't know what to do with myself. These will remain as a part of my regimen for good.

A good energy booster , one in the morning and one at noon before lunch, with B12

I have an autoimmune condition and sometimes adrenals struggle in the AM to get me going. 3 caps are sufficient then to give a bit more energy and alertness. Don’t take it at night unless you want to stay up though

I did not notice any difference after taking this product for a month.

I believe it's working well and I like having white capsules and NOW makes white capsules. The price is right too, yes they are easy to swallow and there's no flavor and that's fine. Good Product!

This product has ingredients I don't want in my herbal product. This was a company I trusted, so I failed to check before purchasing.
