Its just amazing and I'm a big fan! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very versatile and definitely gluten free! *by M***N on 27 November 2023* I first bought this to add to homemade cosmetics, but then realised how nutritious arrowroot is so I started incorporating it into my gluten free bread rolls. The results from replacing half of my normal gluten free flour with arrowroot were fantastic! They were lighter and fluffier than previously. Plus the arrowroot has more fibre and fewer carbs than the flour it replaced. I have had similarly good results with home made gluten free crackers and cakes.
