The packaging says you can take 3. After reading reviews I decided to take 2 before bed (10pm). 💩 really came in at 7am. It was easy and a lot. I thought wow this is amazing! I feel so much relief and went on with my day… until 8am.. intense stomach cramps rolled in thick. I’ve now been sitting on the toilet for over an hour and it keeps coming in waves. I can’t feel my legs or feet but I’m pretty sure I’ve lost 10 pounds. These babies are going straight in the garbage cuz I’m not doing this again😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫
