I really don't have a answer to that on guess you would have to check with Amazon but this stuff is great always have a few bottles on hand

Looks like it to me, but I don't recognize some of the chemicals listed, so I am not sure of the source. It it just a syrup. It works really well to stop my daughter from puking during that time of the month. It used to be that she couldn't eat for almost two days of every month, and she is super skinny as it is.

Good stuff!
