Very entertaining and super durable!
Still one of her favorites almost a year later! Firstly, it has so many bells and whistles to keep a kid entertained! It’s a great, versatile little music maker that they can enjoy at a lot of different stages of development. Secondly, this thing is tough as nails! It has been stepped on, dropped, banged around and it still works. A couple of things have broken off and not every button plays a sound nowadays, but we all marvel at how well this thing has lasted and how she still loves playing with it.

Great musical instrument for babies
This is a great interactive toy keyboard for young children. It lights up and makes sounds that aren't annoying or too loud. There are toy drumsticks that come with it and secure to the backside of the keyboard, but most kids will simply want to use their hands. There are even interactive challenges such as touching the proper circle that lights up on the keyboard as it moves around. This should be a hit with my grandson for Christmas this year! It does require 3 AAA batteries though, so if you purchase this, be sure to have some on hand.

Great toy and simple set up
This was super easy to set up and my 5month son loves it. He can use it lying down during tummy time or sitting. He isn’t standing yet, but when he is, we can easily put it on a table for him to play while standing. The drums light up and the piano key tones are very entertaining for him. He doesn’t care much for the drum sticks yet, but I’m sure when he is older he will use them. The smaller buttons also play music and light up the drum pads which is nice. Because he loves it so much I can put it just out of reach and get him to practice crawling although he isn’t quite at the crawling stage yet My only two minor issues is that it slides a lot so it’s easy for him to accidentally push it out of reach and then I have to slide it back toward him. And the piano’s legs are a bit too narrow and short to fit my son’s legs under it while sitting but his arms are long enough that he can lean forward and play even if it’s on the floor in front of his feet.

All Around Fantastic
Of the two "talking" toys our daughter received for Christmas, this one is her favorite. I like that it has a kid-sounding voice rather than an adult talking cutesy. It has multiple different modes. The little yellow button switches between piano, guitar, solmization (do-re-mi), trumpet and maybe one more. I forget. There's a "switch" on the right that she's had no trouble changing, though she obviously doesn't know the difference. It changes between glockenspiel, xylophone, animals and colors. Like one of the video reviews demonstrated, some of the words can accidentally sound "dirty" but, well, it's a kid's toy. Hardly the first time I've heard one do that. In this case, "four" sounds a bit like "whore," and "horse" sounds a bit like "whores." The "bye-bye" it says when not interacted with for awhile oddly sounds like "Tie-Tie," but since this happens to be a nickname we use for her, it usually just ends up drawing her attention back to it. In addition to all of the above, there are also five more additional modes, including one where you smack the drums that light up. Our nearly 8-month-old is still too young to follow that, but she sure loves hitting/chewing the cymbal and watching the flashing lights. And did I mention it also has detachable legs as well for both tummy and sitting play? Because it does. Not to mention the drumsticks that can be stored on the bottom of the unit to prevent them from getting lost. All in all, this item has been amazing, especially given the price paid. It's one of her favorite toys to play with, so much so that the more expensive Fisher Price interactive toy she got from her grandparents barely gets any attention! Update 1 Aug 2022: A year and a half later, and she still loves this toy. It's one of the ones she pulls into bed with her when she wakes up in the middle of the night (albeit turned off because no noisy toys when it's sleeping time). We took the drumsticks away at some point between this update and the original review because we were concerned that her chewing on them was starting to crack the sticks and didn't want the head of it to come off in her mouth. Other than that, the toy has been great. Only had to replace the batteries a handful of times thanks to it putting itself to sleep. Looks like she'll get further use out of it yet!

Liking to play with and entertained
This is a cute musical toy. I bought this for my 2 year old for Christmas and he loves it there are so many functions and sounds and he loves playing the piano and beating on the drums and xylophone. Behind the toy is a convenient place were to keep the sticks to the aren't lost. He loves pushing all the buttons for classical music to up beat tempo. And the different noices you can make with the piano and xylophone. He loves jumping back and forth between the counting and the animal noises and he's even started counting and coping the sounds. This toy honest keeps him quite busy for a while so I can do dishes or fold laundry. He even brings it to me so we can play together. Its not heavy at all. And the vibrant colors and the drum lighting up makes him giggle with joy. I would say its a little small for my 2 year old to put his legs under and play. And the legs kept popping off so I just threw those away and he plays it on his lap or on his little table. The volume controls are great and a good price for your money. I do think by time he's 3 or 4 he may get bored of it. And the when the batteries get low there's an annoying message saying the power is low please change the batteries in a English accent but that I can bypass as well. He loves it. I would buy it again but probly not for any older than 2 or 3.

Great for sensory play and early motor skills (6–12 months and up)
We bought this for our 6-month-old and it quickly became one of the few toys that actually keeps his attention for more than a couple of minutes. What I like most is that it’s not just loud music — it’s very interactive. He can hit the piano keys, spin the center piece, tap the drum pads, and swipe at the xylophone. At this age, he’s learning cause and effect, and this toy makes that really obvious for him. Every touch does something. The size is perfect for tummy time and sitting practice because it sits low and doesn’t tip over easily. He can lean on it safely while exploring all the sounds. The volume is reasonable (important for parents), and the colors are bright without being overwhelming. The different textures and buttons also make it great for sensory play. This feels more like a developmental toy than just a noise-making toy. I can see this lasting well into the toddler stage as he starts intentionally playing the keys instead of just tapping. Good for: • Tummy time • Sitting support • Learning cause and effect • Sensory exploration • Motor skill development Not ideal for: If you’re looking for a very small, travel-size toy — this is better as a floor activity toy. Overall, this was a great purchase and one I’d buy again for a baby shower gift.

Would Buy This Again
Our 8 month old has been playing with this for a while now and really enjoys the different settings. Some of the music gets interrupted if you hit other functions, but other than that it’s a fun and age-appropriate toy to add to their play area. Be mindful of the drum sticks as those are way too long for infants to be left alone with
