Nice soy candle. Scent is lovely and not overwhelming. Good value for the size. Comes in a nice amber glass container.

I love candles, but have been disappointed time and time again with other candles that I've purchased ... for one reason or another. I first received this particular candle as a gift, and after I used up the first one, I had to buy more! I just love it! The scent is subtle yet definitely there, it's fairly long lasting, it burns evenly all the way to the bottom, the glass container is simple yet elegant. The lid is a handy touch (put the lid on as soon as I blow out the candle; it eliminates the brief smokiness that ensues). I do wish the price were lower, but I have to say that I love the candle so much, I'm willing to splurge just a little bit. So far, I've only tried the Basil, Lime & Mandarin scent (so light and clean!), I intend to try some of the others as well.

I personally do not like the scent (I think it smells like fancy soap), but my roommate likes it! She smells citrus and basil while I do not. The glass jar is aesthetically pleasing and sturdy and the candle burns up to the edges, preventing tunneling. The scent throw seems decent. I'd like to try other scents from this brand because the candles seem to be good quality.

Intense scent and long lasting.

I purchased two of these scented candles, drawn by the promise of a luxurious fragrance experience. I was sorely disappointed once I lit it, despite the price the smell was nonexistent. While the candle looked nice and burned cleanly the primary reason for buying the scent candle was for the scent and this product did not deliver. I would not recommend others who are looking for a noticeable fragrance.

I gave this candle as a gift and the recipient talked so favorably regarding this candle I had to get one for myself. Honestly this candle is more of a 3.5, but you can't give 1/2 stars and 4 was just too many so it has 3. Let me preface that I try to take good care of my candles, I trim the wick between burning; I don't burn for more than 4 hours; and I keep it away from direct sunlight. I love a good candle and can go through a small one like this in about 3 weeks of burning time. I don't know, this one while smelling good, just didn't perform like I thought it should for the price. Let's start with the good. The smell is lovely. It is clean, fresh, and light. This is not an overpowering scented candle, so if you are looking for Yankee Candle this is not the candle for you. The fragrance really did lift your spirts when you smelt it. Additionally, the fragrance dissipated throughout a couple of rooms, so that was nice. It burned well - no weird cliff of wax on the side of the glass or weird pooling. Here are the not so great bits. Upon initially opening the candle, there was wax everywhere. It was all over the inside of the cap. Not like it had melted, but maybe evaporated (if candles can do that) and resolidified on the lid. So it was really messy when opening. When burning it looked like the fragrance oils were separating from the wax and pooling on the top; however after it cooled it didn't seem to be an issue, but I didn't touch the cooled wax to see if it was oily either. After burning, when the wax cooled, it was streaked with soot. Not a clean appearance so I had to keep it capped when not in use. So I don't know if I got a candle from a not so ideal batch or if this is just how these candles behave. This is a first for me on the not so great bits. I liked the smell of the candle really well and I am willing to give this brand another shot, just not right away.

I've been looking at getting a candle for my room for a while, and I stumbled across the Basil, Lime, and Mandarin candle of theirs. I love it! Most candles and wax warmers lose me at the scent because it smells so artificial. With CocoBenjamin's though, the smell is so natural and subtle; it's perfect to light at my desk while I do homework.

I always like Jo Malone scents, and granted, I knew it wouldn't be the same quality, but I thought I'd try out a basil lime scent for the home especially since it was toted as "Highly Scented." I know you get what you paid for but I've burned it now two different days, and literally you can not smell anything of substance from this candle in its space (a small room). You can only smell it when you put your face over or near the candle. Not worth the money unless you just want the aesthetics. Mostly wax/soy and no fragrance. Disappointed.
