CondorDouble M14 Open Top Mag Pouch

These magazine pouches work great with Ruger Gunsite Scout Rifle magazines. I'm running the 10rd poly mags, and the baseplate sits 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch above the top of the mag pouch (because the baseplate is slanted). The standard AICS mag is a little bit taller so it should stick out roughly the same height as in the picture. Now to make the mag pouch work for you, you see the elastic magazine retainer that's looped through the middle of the web attachments? It's way too strong and makes inserting and removing any magazine a pain in the ass. Untie the knot and remove it, get rid of that cloth tab on top, take the elastic string knot a loop in the middle of it and run the string down the attachment webbing on the extreme left and right of the pouches (left side pouch gets it far left side, right side pouch gets it far right side). What this does is allow you to controll the tension on the mags, and when you "un-snap" your mags they are easily removeable and inserted, because you don't have to force the elastic string out of the way, witch when it's forced from the center position it pulles the material in that direction making the material not so square shaped. After you tailor it to your needs these magazines work excellent and I would trust my life to it.

Was able to sausage in some Saiga 12 5 rounders (by SDS, if it matters) on the loosest I could tie the retention bungie cords. At the loosest it still pretty tight, but should work fine! Quality seems good.

Fits the Mapul SR25 (.308/7.62x51) magazine! A tight fit but easy to remove in a hurry because half the magazine hangs out for a firm effective grip. This product is able to form a double stack pouch (4mags) by attaching another pouch to the front molle. Molle link is tight with very little wiggle considering mine had four mags on it. You cannot place two right next to each other (on molle) because it overflow a half loop with the mag inserted. Keep in mind these (Magpul SR25) are larger magazines and they take up a lot of space.

Cheap and fits 25 round AR10 PMAGS (just barely). I can fit 2 of these side by side on my chest carrier. I don't have other pouches to compare these to. If I was a daily user of mag pouches I'd probably spend more, but these are fine for me.

It reflects IR like a mofo & you need to cut your own shock cord to get a 30rd in, it's real tight with pmags

These 7.62 pouches are very well designed and made. The pouches fit the 20rd FAL and M1A mags perfectly and hold the mags very securely. I don't anticipate having to jump out of any perfectly good airplanes any time soon to test their holding ability but they are more than satisfactory for training classes and drills.

Works well with my 20 round FAL Mags... they seem well made and fit nicely on my condor plate carrier.

These are good quality magazine holders. I use mine for holding surplus HK G3 magazines, which are .308 like the M14. The magazines are held snugly, and I'm not worried about the material breaking free of its stitching. The knotted cords provided did not easily accommodate my 20rd magazines, but moving the knot or replacing with a new, longer cord is a simple fix. These are perfect for mounting onto a load bearing vest or plate carrier.

Percect for .308 (7.62x51).For the acr 10 round mags it's quite tight and needs a bit of fiddling.But for the magpul 20 round mags: perfect tight fit and the elastic keeps them all the more secure. Quite impressed with this product up to now.

Great quality and good and rugged. I bought these in March 2020. Small 5/10 Rd mags fit easily and perfectly. So good I had to buy it twice!
