Can these pills easily be broken in half?

The ones I bought were capsules and could not be broken. Taking them helped rid me of IBS, and so did stopping Splenda.

The ingredients list includes gelatin, so DEFINITELY NO.

Is this comparable to Beano?

It has the same effect but Beano is simethicone and this one is a natural substance. I think Equate makes one with simethicone also.
