I love my camera but I didn't get enough wire for rear camera. Can I get a more wire for my camera?

Super disappointed. 1. I have a Mid size SUV and the wire wasn’t long enough. 2. After testing the whole thing and it seemed in working condition I put all the wire neatly behind the molding. Now the camera won’t automatically go to reverse, I have toManually change it. 3. The camera won’t adjust to go lower so to see the bumper of the car behind me. 4. At night it is so bright it is annoying. One plus thing is the Quality of the cameras are very good but that’s it.

After done the cam installation,I realized that lcd mirror was with some spots damaged and back camera isn’t wide enough.Spent $170 + product for installation .how to returns it? spending more $$ to take it out and then put a new one and spend more $170 .If you like to lose money and time that’s perfect item for you.
