It fit perfectly, is waterproof (much needed because she is incontinent) and soft. The only thing that bothered me was that the seller kept bugging me with emails to rate it and kept calling it a sofa cover. I needed something to cover the chair asap and found this. I am very pleased. Despite being for a recliner, this fits my over-sized office chair nicely without interfering with the chair functions. I folded up the sections that were meant to go over the armrests and put them under the seat portion of the cover. There are no-slip dog footprints on the back side that have done a decent job of keeping it in place. It repels all water, it's amazingly effective. Our chairs are in direct sunlight though and the red color fades fast. I just purchased some outdoor spray paint and sprayed them back to their original color and it's working. The paint makes a bit stiff, but I don't mind compared to the alternative.
