Good battery
This battery appears to be well constructed and is fairly heavy. It has a mounting bracket that fit my water bottle mounting screws already on my bike. It was sold as Amazon Prime which is very important to me because of the fast delivery and no risk returns. When a purchaser returns this battery the buyer gets their money back quickly, but the seller looses their money. Therefore the seller is displaying significant confidence in their product. A signature is required at delivery, so I had it delivered to a Walgreens who except Amazon holds. It arrived 2 days faster than estimated. I always check that the product is listed as IN STOCK. A key lock locks it to the mounting bracket. When attaching it just line it up and slide it up about 1 inch and it clicks nicely in place. No instructions are included. Included items are: the battery, mounting bracket, 2 keys and a charger. The charger changes from orange to green when fully charged. Because no information comes with the battery, itβs prudent to unplug it soon after charging. Donβt just leave it plugged into the charger to avoid damage from overcharging. I only use my ebike battery sparingly in order to keep up with my wife as we go on regular bike rides. I really canβt say much about battery life because I do a lot of pedaling. On a recent 2 hour ride it still showed a full charge. The battery has a 4 light battery level indicator when the test button is pressed. It also has a USB port for charging a phone which I will probably never use. The charging port cover on the battery is a little difficult to rotate to reveal the female socket for the charger. It takes a lot to run this battery out!
I installed the HL04, 52V 20AH unit with my eBikeling 1500W motor on my Ice Adventure 26 trike. No issues so far, except it takes nearly three hours to find its lower limit! Last weekend I went 55 miles at about 15-25 MPH on the trike, before it finally ran out of reserve at 42V indicated. It was giving 400 to 500W most of the ride, with a mild headwind about a third of the way and crosswinds the rest of the way. My trike is fully suspended, heavy, and has significant rolling resistance in its low-pressure tires. I used the thumb throttle starting off from all traffic lights, a heavy power draw as well. I was pedaling the whole way though, which helped I imagine... anyway, I'm very happy with this battery!Update: I'm pushing the trike harder now that I have about 500 miles on it, and as I gain experience with its slightly odd handling. Lately I've revised my route so I can generally travel 23-28 MPH for ~2 hours on my ride. I pedal consistently, but a few times I've let up in the flat to see the wattage difference when I coast - looks like I'm only adding 100-200 watts to the drivetrain. Range is still 45-50 miles at these speeds. I've also seen from my fitbit, the differences in my workouts on my e-trike vs my carbon road bike are small. But when I finish riding my e-trike, my neck and shoulders are not cramping in pain anymore like I endure on the road bike. Bravo!Update after 2000 miles: Still running strong. The only issue - and it's not specific to this brand - is the serious loss of capacity in colder weather. I've noticed a drop of 10-25% range now that I've been riding in 40F cold here in Michigan on some evenings. Apparently its a common problem with ebike batteries. My solution for now has been to buy another one of these, and carry it in a side bag on my trike. Then when the first one gets low, I just pull off somewhere and swap in the fresh one.

π 100% PLEASED π
Admittedly my battery had some issues π€ͺ however this company handled the issue quickly and effectively and I Am going to buy a spare battery from this company again ... The service after the sale was impeccable π The battery is strong and reliable (This is my 2nd one purchased), and very affordable competitively but the service when an issue arose is top notchπ That's what truley matters to meπ TRUST & CONFIDENCE π

Not for RadCity Bike
This battery has the same connector as my radcity ST bike but it will not align with the connector jack. They say to call their store if you have questions but I could not find their phone number anywhere. Also you cannot return the battery, apparently batteries are not allowed to be mailed (even though they mail it out to you). I ended up mounting the battery over the back fender and making a cable so I could plug it in to the bike. It seemed to work well but after 2 months my bike would not even power on. I'm not sure if it was a coincidence or if the after market battery had something to do with it.

So far so good
So far so good. I haven't had a chance to use it much. I will do an updated review later when I have extensively had a chance to thoroughly use it.
