High Heat Resistance and Reusable Our silicone sandwich bread mold is heat up to 500 Fahrenheit degree, and ideally it could be repeatedly used for thousand times but it all depends of course. And we suggest using together with a perforated baking sheet as well. Easy to Use and Dishwasher safe The silicone sandwich bread mold is made of superior Germany liquid silicone and fiberglass, which makes it non-stick, and such material only needs to be cleaned with soapy water and sponge, and the dishwasher is absolutely safe. Silicone Storage Strap After we finish baking, we clean and dry it and simply use the silicone storage strap that we put in the box to roll it up like the picture, super easy to store and save space, make your kitchen tidy ! Procedures of whole wheat sandwich for reference Combine all ingredients in a mixer fitted with a dough hook. Mix on speed 1(low) for 3 minutes. Then mix on speed 2(med.high) for 5 to 6 minutes. Place in a lightly oiled bowl and proof for 1 hour. Divide into 11 ounce pieces & shape. Moisten the top of dough with water. Roll into oats. Place in our silicone sandwich bread mold, cut with a razor, and proof for 20 to 30 minutes. Bake at 350°F for 12 to 15 minutes. For herb and cheese bread, add 5 grams(2tsp) dried oregano and 75 grams(2.6 ounces) grated parmesan cheese.

Little difficult to wash but works great. I made knockoff Italian herb and cheese bread from subway in it and it was amazing! Glad I bought and will use again. Rolls up nice for storage and had one of those snap bracelets to keep it together. Have to use on a cookie sheet to bake
