I’m not paid for reviews and I’m vicious. I believe that 90% of what we purchase with disposable income. For business I do everything on a laptop. I needed a remote mouse and keyboard. I couldn’t have it taking up two ports so I bought the only clever combo here. When I got it, it worked amazingly off the bat. I love that it came with a cover over the keyboard as well. I love how sleek it is, how sharp the lines are and I don’t have to press hard on the keys at all. In fact, the keys are exceptionally quiet. After five weeks, the mouse quit working. I reached out to customer support and advise, said I could no longer return this to Amazon, and I wanted their help. Well, let me tell you, I have never had better Customer Service! Not only did they reach out quickly, they were apologetic, sent me another mouse (which also didn’t work) and they were empathetic over my issues because this was for work. They gave me a credit for the mouse that didn’t work. And always stayed in communication. I had one person, Rachel, with him to deal. She was amazing! When I advise, the second mouse wasn’t working, I asked them to just send me another unit the whole thing. They were apologetic and said absolutely. Well to my chagrin, I have to email them back and say it’s user error! I offered to give back the credit and send the extra mouse back at my cost. They elected to bypass both. I cannot say enough about the customer service and the quality of this item both! Thank you Rachel for all of your hard work!!

Very pretty, feels nice to type on. I really love the mouse, and I tend to have issues with wireless mouses (mice?). This one gives me no issues. Nice, silent-ish click that feels good. The keyboard only requires charging once in a blue moon, which is awesome. Overall great purchase, would purchase again.

I've been using this item for at least a year, and it suddenly stopped working so I ordered a new one. Guess what?!? It started working again. Now i have a spare in case I need it. This is an excellent keyboard mouse combo for me because I have essential tremors in both hands, and it helps me type better. Not a lot of pressure is required. The pink color is also perfect in my office/guest room.

It's a good keyboard. The function on the keys are different than other keyboards so i had to get used to that. I don't like that i never know how much battery i have for my keyboard or mouse but they stay charged for several weeks before charging (i used my keyboard and mice all day at work). I also like they are not bulky on my desk.

Such a Smooth, Quiet, and Pretty Setup! I love this keyboard and mouse combo way more than I expected to. First off, it’s quiet — like, "I can type an entire paper at 2 AM without waking anyone up" quiet. The keys feel soft and responsive, and the layout is super comfortable for long typing sessions (which I definitely have plenty of). The mouse glides smooth, connects instantly, and both pieces look clean and modern on my desk. Setup took maybe 10 seconds — plug in the USB, and boom, done. If you want something affordable, sleek, quiet, and reliable, this set is honestly perfect. I’d buy it again in a heartbeat.

I love this keyboard, I love how quiet it is, I love the cover that goes over the keys. I love that it's wireless and connects so easily and that has an on off switch, so I can throw it in my backpack with my computer. Ohh, and by the way, this is my third purchase.... we have 1 for each of our laptops. Great value and they have lasted way longer than expected with travel! It is a slim line normal size keyboard. I have white ones and they are pristine because of the thin silicone cover on the keys. Will keep buying them.

My wife recently gave me the iClever GK03 Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Combo for my birthday. I chose this combination after researching various options so I could use my iPad for work-related writing. This would free me from the tyranny of having to work in my office so much due to COVID-19 and never-ending Zoom meetings. After charging the keyboard and adding batteries to the mouse, the GK03 Combo connected immediately to my iPad after plugging the provided dongle into a lightning to USB adapter. No waiting for the combo to be discovered. No adjustments to the iPad system. Immediate. I started typing on my iPad. The feel of the keys was as smooth and responsive as any Bluetooth keyboard I’d used previously. Fast response. No dropped keys. Everything was perfect, until… …Until I tried typing the single quote. Nothing. Instead of typing “don’t” my copy said “don t.” I tried every key and found the same problem with four other keys. I contacted iClever with my problem, not expecting a response. I was very pleasantly surprised when I heard quickly from Leslie of the Customer Satisfaction Team. iClever’s solution wasn’t having me run through diagnostics or trying different options. No, their solution was to send me a replacement keyboard by two-day delivery. After setting the new keyboard up (as easy as before), it works perfectly. So perfectly, in fact, that I’m typing this review on my new, spiffy iClever keyboard. I’m glad I chose the GK03 Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Combo, even with the slight problem. Many products of all types are similar in look, feel, and quality. What ultimately distinguishes one such product from others is how firmly behind the product the company stands and how quickly they step up to make things right when there are problems. iClever has gained my loyalty because of their good products and even better service.

Looks great works good. Mouse is the best, fits under palm and very comfortable to use.

But that's the point: now is the time when you really *should* be requested to leave a review to encourage genuine feedback after a reasonable period of use; a key factor in purchasing products like this. So here I am: EIGHT MONTHS LATER. This combo is DYNAMITE. Great value, quality construction and durability, excellent battery life of both the mouse and keyboard (rechargeable via USB-C, which I've only done two or three times I recall - and charge through plus position of the charging port on the mouse mean you can continue using), super easy to switch between Mac/PC keyboard hot keys and such, clicks and clacks of both are quiet AND, neither look like they were designed by a Windows 95 era PC designer.

Works perfectly so far, looks good and the silicon keyboard cover was a nice touch.

works with mac like a normal keyboard other mac functions does not work but i don’t mind i just need something that works , quality looks and feels good not premium but it does the job.
