Fantastic for heavy e-bikes. We use it on our motorhome and it's the perfect solution for our RadWagon cargo bikes.
We have two RadWagon electric cargo bikes. They weigh in at nearly 90 pounds each and are simply too heavy for conventional bike racks. We tried a heavy duty Yakima rack that required lifting the bikes and positioning the supports through the frame. It was a nightmare, and required two people. Further, after a trip to the Canadian Rockies, we noticed that the rack was sagging considerably. I had to find a better solution. Enter the AMC-600. I realized that I needed a combination of lightweight and strong, so aluminum was the way to go. Assembly took just under an hour. I found an assembly video on YouTube that was very helpful save for one issue with where they suggested mounting the ramp. After putting it together and using it, I determined this had to be wrong. The ramp was mounted too close to the tie down holes, so when using ratchet straps, I was unable to use the ramp. I'm going to reposition it to the back. This thing is still rather heavy, but you should be able to mount it to your hitch solo. It's just a bit awkward to do so. We've done 400 miles so far in our RV with the AMC-600 attached. It's an incredibly sturdy rack, has no apparent sway, and nearly zero deflection when loaded up. Admittedly, that's with 200lbs of bikes plus the weight of the rack, well below the rated weight of 500lbs. That kind of load might make me nervous. If there's one downside, it's that this thing hangs quite far behind the motorhome. If you're using this, just remember that your vehicle is now considerably longer than without. This also impacts departure angle, another consideration. I purchased a hitch riser that lifted the setup 12 inches, but that added yet another foot of length. Despite the riser's claim of being able to support 500lbs as well, it just seemed like there was too much leverage now being applied to my hitch. Pros: Sturdy, lightweight, able to support two electric bikes (fat tire bikes will work as well), good attachment points, ramp Cons: Length impacts departure angle. If you're an ebike user, this is a great way to go. I recommend the AMC-600.

It’s fantastic!
We are new to the atv world. We bought two talaria and an E-box, but didn’t want to get a full size trailer for shorter trips. We found this and decided to give it a go. It was fantastic. It was easy to put together and the bikes fit great. We put it together and drove 4 hrs for our trip and had no issues. The ramp was great, it was sturdy and even the anti-movement piece assisted with no rattling. It was very secure and were very please with this purchase and highly recommend. Also, I might add it was easy rough for me (43 yr old female and my 12yr old son to lift and insert and load ourselves with no additional help.

Great purchase; so long as you have the right set up
I’m going to do this review in pieces. Summary to start, then specifics.... Summary: Carrier worked great with a vehicle that has a solid hitch and decent ground clearance. I was over capacity and it worked fine for 400miles. Construction seems very solid. Definitely worth the purchase. There is certainly some room for improvement with the wobble, but it’s manageable. I’m overall very happy with my purchase. All other carriers that work with 2 bikes are much more expensive. 1. Assembly: The directions on this were very vague but it was relatively easy to figure out without them. 2. Sturdiness: All of the welds are nice. The steel of the carrier is solid, though the paint will easily scratch off if it rubs with other metal. This will cause rust. Each platform that holds a bike is itself rated for 400lbs. The totally amount on weight the steel bar of the carrier is rated for is 600lbs. So max per platform is 400lbs. Max for whole carrier is 600 total. I put 2 DRZ400S’s on this carrier. Stock weight for a drz is about 320lbs each. Plus they had after market additions and 1.5 gallons of gas each in them. I obviously exceeded the limit, likely by around 40-70lbs (about 10%). 3. Mounting bikes: The ramp included works fairly well. Each bike has to be facing a different direction so that the handle bars don’t get in the way. I suggest attaching ratchet straps to handle bars on each side. Be sure to compress forks on bike. You HAVE TO do this. I would also secure the back and front tires to the platform. 4. Needed vehicle specs. You MUST have a vehicle with a highly rated and well-attached hitch. Most 1/2 ton+ trucks will be fine. Need to double check SUV’s and small trucks. There is ALOT of torque on the hitch. My 2500 Silverado handled it, no problem. You will also need a vehicle with some decent ground clearance. It helps to inflate rear tires a little extra. 5. Ride: The end of the carrier was about 8in off of the ground. The anti-tilt piece helps, but could’ve been made far better. I would recommend creating a 1/8” metal shim to put under carrier inside vehicle hitch to mitigate bounce. This carrier was fairly bouncy when hitting bumps. I traveled 200mi to and from my destination hitting bumps on the interstate. It worked great, though I was nervous.

Works great!
This hitch rack worked as advertised on very rough roads and out on the highway. The box arrived very well packed and the assembly was easy. Using the rack was easy, however it is a very heavy rack to mount. I carried two full size dirt bikes for over 500 miles of dirt roads in Moab and highway from Colorado to Utah. I have been using a single moto carrier like this one for over ten years and being able to carry two bikes was nice with this double rack. However, I carry this with a truck camper and needed a 24 inch extender to clear the camper. The rack plus extender did extend out very far. I did not have any clearance problems because my truck is an HD and has very tall ride height, but it was a little unnerving while driving down the highway. I was constantly checking my mirrors. The trip was a great test of the rack and I will use it again. Hopefully I will gain more confidence with each use? One thing to mention is that along the way I saw multiple trailers on the side of the highway and dirt roads with tire or axle problems. This is one of the main reasons I choose to use a rack of this type. Having no extra wheels, tires and axles on a long trip can prove to be much less hassle.
